This was our second time staying in this condo and both times were excellent. You cannot beat the access to the condo while enjoying your skiing.

We had a wonderful time once again in 8. The condo was perfect for our family and the boot warmers were a plus. Kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances. The property manager was always available for anything you needed.

Older property but so well maintained. Kids could ski right to the condo, come in for a break, then back out to the lifts. Kitchen had everything and garage was stocked with more than enough firewood to burn in woodstove every day. We will be back!

This was our second time to stay in this unit. The owner has been super responsive both times. This is a true ski-in/out unit. It is the perfect set up for 2 families with young children. We love the ski lockers for all of our equipment and apparel.

Location, location! Love the proximity to the hill! Appliances were nice, and the main floor layout very accommodating. Lots of bathrooms was great. The fireplace was great too and the firewood nice. A couple suggestions- the downstairs bathroom shower head wants to point to the corner, and the shower stall was a little funky, not sure if it was really cleaned well. The sheets in the downstairs bed didn't smell very clean and fresh, not sure about the upstairs sheets. The recliners in the main room are comfortable, but don't operate well, and the big reclining couch hits the wall behind it, and is messing up the wall texture just so you know, it was like that when we arrived. We did have the power outage, but that of course wasn't your fault and was actually kind of an adventure. The toilet on the main floor was running unless the handle was giggled. All of these are meant to be constructive criticisms, or stay was actually really nice and we appreciate you sharing it- Chris Dean

The location was great and very close to the lifts. The condo was comfortable for our family; however, the heat was set at 50 degrees when we got there and it took about 5-6 hours for it to warm up to even 60 inside. I understand saving money by turning the heat down, but that seemed a bit extreme since it took so long to warm up. With that said, overall we loved the property and would stay there again.

Fantastic vacation property! My family and I stayed the week of thanksgiving and it was wonderful. Exceptionally clean property fully stocked with everything we needed for the week we were there. Rich the property manager was extremely helpful and easy to get ahold of. Will definitely book this property again on future stays. Only complaint was the thermostats were set to below 60 making it very cold in the house when we first got there. Fortunately the heater works well so within a few hours it was warm enough. But in the winter when the outside temperature is in the 20’s it might be nice if the cabin was between 65-70 upon arrival. Other than that It was an excellent stay and even that wasn’t a deal breaker. Would strongly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place in purgatory.

This is a great condo in the perfect location. It has everything you might need (even sharp knives in the kitchen!) and is very comfortable. Our family biked and hiked the mountain everyday, and it is an easy drive into Durango. Rich was great to work with as well. We’d definitely come back to ski in the winter!

This is the third year staying at this property. The location is great but over the years the property has gotten beaten up. You can tell that they just turn and burn the rentals and are not up keeping the property. Bottom of the dish washer was broken, toilet by the kitchen wouldn’t stop running. The place just feels a little run down. We like it here but will probably stay somewhere different next year.

We had a great stay at this condo and the location can’t be beat! The condo is beautiful with a great kitchen & open living area. It’s a short walk to the village for us non-skiers and the skiers loved being able to ski-in/ski-out! Rich is wonderful to work with and responsive to any issue than might come up. We loved our stay so much we’ve already booked for next ski season!
