Our 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom condo (HighPoint Unit #590) features everything you would expect from a luxury rental. This peaceful escape is set amidst arguably the most beautiful scenic valley in Colorado’s San Juan Mountains at one of the premier properties in the area, the 700-acre Tamarron and Glacier Club. Our Tamarron rental guests can play Glacier's 18-hole Valley Course at an exclusive discounted rate. Details will be provided in your rental instructions.

The location of this residence, which is an end unit, is exceptional due to its unobstructed views and proximity to the variety of recreational amenities of the area Has to offer (skiing, fishing, four-wheeling, hiking trails, mountain biking, etc.). It's conveniently located close enough to downtown Durango for a short trip to experience the plethora of wonderful dining and shopping opportunities.

This residence features TVs in the main living space and both King bedrooms as well as a gas fireplace and luxury furnishings and super fast WIFI speeds (100+ mbps).

ON-SITE AMENITIES AT THE LODGE INCLUDE: indoor pool, outdoor heated pool, outdoor hot tub, sauna, steam shower, fitness center, golf at a special discounted rate, tennis, pickleball, playground, 3 on-site restaurants, and event center. There is an EV Charging Station available for guest use in the Valley Clubhouse parking lot, adjacent to the Tamarron Lodge. Our Tamarron rental guests can play Glacier's 18-hole Valley Course at an exclusive discounted rate. Details will be provided in your rental instructions. There is a $20 per person ski shuttle to purgatory on weekends - tickets must be purchased in advance and the pick-up location is in the Valley Clubhouse parking lot.

LOCATION: Tamarron sits at around 7800 feet in elevation and is just 10 minutes south of Purgatory Ski Resort and 20 minutes north of downtown Durango.

Please note, due to HOA regulations, this unit, and all of the units at Tamarron DO NOT allow pets.
No smoking / vaping of any kind is allowed
Trailers are discouraged as there is very limited, designated space to park trailers - if you plan to bring one, please inquire first.
AWD or 4WD or tire chains is recommended in Winter (Dec-Mar).

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo exceeded our expectations. It was in excellent condition and the appliances and kitchenware were upscale and very nice. The spacious open concept combined dinning, living and kitchen offered plenty of space for our foursome. The couches and multiple chairs offered abundant space for gathering around the fireplace and relaxing. The lofted ceiling and large windows offered wonderful views of the mountainside and partial view of the golf course. The two master bedrooms and loft provided comfortable sleeping arrangements. The upstairs master bedroom was spectacularly spacious and comfortable. The downstairs master bedroom was also very comfortable with it owns private bathroom, but not as large as the upstairs master bedroom. We are already taking about renting this condo again next year!!!

Durango Summer Vacation

My family and I stayed in this condo for 5 days. The location was great and the neighborhood was beautiful. Our favorite part was sitting outside on the back porch and enjoying the cool weather every evening! The condo was clean, spacious and had everything we needed.

Great Place and Great Service!

This place was a great find! We were in town to ski at Purg- you do have to drive to the resort but the amenities at this rental made up for that! Has two bar/restaurants, a fun outdoor hot tub and plenty of space for the kids to have snow fights and build snowmen. Thanks for a great stay!

Felt like a cabin in the woods!

Great place for a family stay

We had a great stay at Tamarron Court. The house was spacious, the kitchen was well stocked and 4 bathrooms for 7 guests was amazing. The directions to check-in need to be updated as there were no signs for registration and we drove in circles a bit until we walked into ‘Basecamp’ and found out that was where registration was. There was a great table for playing games as a family and watching the hummingbirds on the back deck was great. Thank you!

Beautiful view!

The condo was exactly what we hoped for. It was a perfect location. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we wanted, but the highlight was the view from the deck. That was perfect! I would recommend this condo to anyone staying in Durango area! We ate at the Mine Shaft several times and everything we tried was exceptional!

Room for everyone - including flies

Four bathrooms and 3 private guest rooms plus room for people to be together or have some space as needed. Great to have a ground floor master for elderly parents though there are a half dozen steps outside to reach main floor. Kitchen outfitted well with a few exceptions we requested from the agency so hopefully you'll have them by the next stay. The flies. I am including here because the response from the property management during our stay was "yep that happens this time of year" which doesn't explain HOW THEY GET IN which seems like something that should be fixed. The house was closed the entire time we were there as it was cold outside. There were FLIES inside the house in various states of dying or dead. A half dozen on the landing, dozen in the upstairs hall, random corpses around the house on the back of the couch, in the toiletries basket, swarming around a light in the loft bathroom.

Fantastic stay at Tamarron!

This was our second stay at Tamarron, and we can't wait to come back. The condo was as advertised -- spacious, exceptionally clean, recently updated, and well-appointed. We enjoyed the updated and large kitchen, great for cooking family meals. The location is fantastic -- beautiful views all around. This condo is lovely, and perfect for families -- highly recommended!
