ry happy with propery. Doing room table was a great workspace.We enjoyed the outdoor patioGreat TV setup & good instructions (than you!)One of the electric shades seemed to be broken(one next to the TV).We could hear the train, but it only runs during the day. I think it starts tooting about 8 or 8:30 AM. It only comes by every few hours.Covered parking was a nice plus.

Perfect place and location

We absolutely loved this spot - the location was fantastic, the loft had everything we needed for our stay, it was very comfortable, and easy to navigate. Host was quick to respond to communications and accommodating. Highly recommend staying here while in Durango.

Perfect stay

This property was perfect for us. Had everything we needed. We were able to walk to everything that we wanted to do. River across the street for walking and Main Street behind us for shopping. Communication with manager also awesome. We will be back!

Perfect Location!

This condo is in the perfect spot! We were able to walk everywhere… to get morning coffee & breakfast, shopping, dinner, and even the train station for our ride! There is a nice park on the corner across Main Ave that your dog will LOVE. The condo itself is beautiful and has everything you need to feel at home. The host was extremely responsive to any questions that we had. We will DEFINITELY book this one again next time we’re in Durango.

This property is in a great location and walking distance to everything. The condo was spotless and just as described. Not only convenient with a great view but also has more amenities than any place we have stayed before. Great host and great stay. We plan on coming back in the summer or Fall.

Gorgeous view!
