"I have stayed in some of the most expensive hotels around the country. had to meet up with my son who was staying here along with another 2 groups of friends. I was apprehensive with the cheep price and a 2.5 star rating. I absolutely loved this place and WILL be going back. I met up with the manager who showed me some other rooms that was all amazing. "I didn’t get the check in info via Hotels.com and their address was wrong. But a simple phone call and an exceptionally helpful and friendly chap sorted everything within two minutes. The cottage was wonderful. So warm and inviting. Comfy and beyond clean. I’m definitely coming here again. "

"We arrived and the room 5 was in the state as shown in images, we had to find alternative accomodation because they couldn’t get us another room. We then were told that we could go to room 6 in the morning, the ‘team’ confirmed it was clean. We showed up the next day, and suprise!That room was in a similar state. "Recently refurbished flat in the city centre, excellent location. The heating worked really well, nice bathroom, good apartment size.The windows have not been refurbished yet, which meant that some of them could not be opened.
