"We had a great week on the river thanks to our fantastic host, Clint. Cottage is a wonderfully thoughtful renovation, set up for lots of fun activities inside and out. Plenty of beds and all the amenities with a superb dock and nice water access. We grilled, baked, caught lots of rays and even a few fish and crabs off the dock. Fun family activities close by, too. Highly recommend!"

"Went to VA with our family(from Boston area) for a mini family reunion in the Tappahannock/Warsaw area. Stay @ Rapp was a great location. For exercise, we walked to the beach or used the golf cart on occasion. Community was welcoming and friendly. Neighbor next door was extremely helpful. House was clean and was as the pictures represented. We would stay again."

"We absolutely loved this river cottage!! It had the perfect amount of space and everything we needed for a weekend away. We loved the proximity to Kilmarnock and Topping. The cottage itself had the most beautiful views. We enjoyed the charm of the home, featuring accents from the original cottage. Super cute! We would definitely stay again!"

"We loved our stay at Boyce Cottage! The location is gorgeous. You can easily access Warsaw, Lewisetta Marina, Montrose, and more. The house is really comfortable with tons of extras like kayaks, a canoe, games, grill, and more. The kitchen has all the tools and equipment you need. The owner is super responsive and helpful. We will definitely return."

"Our first impression was the ease of just punching in the code, the lock slid open, and we were in! The home is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated and very well appointed. "A lovely cottage for some true peace and quiet away from the city. The hosts were kind and thoughtful. The bed was extremely comfortable. The shower is built for someone short - so just beware if you are over 5’4” it’s going to require a lot of slouching! Overall, a truly peaceful stay. "
