"Photos and description was completely misleading. The pictures had to be 30 years old with nothing being done to the property since. The worst property I have ever stayed at. I one time stayed in a property that half of the building had caved in and it was better than this one. Everything being misleading is a understatement, it is down right lies. We told a local where we stayed and we were told the State houses inmates until whey can get on there feet after prison. Stay as far away from...

"First, the property is DARLING!!! It was exactly as pictured. We came in for a wedding and it was a block away from the venue. PERFECT. The price was good. Communication from the host was TOP NOTCH. The bed was comfortable. There is a Keurig coffee machine. There is a steamer for your clothing. ***It should be noted that Goshen has a steady stream of trains going through 24/27. If noise bothers you bring a white noise machine or ear plugs. The downtown location (which is very convenient) is also...

"The place was nice and it fun being on the river. We will actually try and rent it again. that being said, things that are not obvious are: it is actually very noisy as the road and we didn't get great communication from the host. We arrived at 3 AM because of flight problems and discovered that the information in the email labeled "keys to the house" didn't actual contain any information to access the property. It wasn't until a second phone call at the end of the next day the host...

"We stayed here with our entire family (6 kids under 3, and 8 adults) and were very comfortable! We absolutely LOVED the outdoor spaces - we particularly enjoyed the rocking chairs on the front porch and the hot tub! Despite it being on a (not necessarily busy road but the cars go very fast down the road) it was totally fine with the kids -they stayed up near the house on the hill and hunted for frogs and lightening bugs, and just ran all over enjoining the property! Clark was a great host,...

"Overall met expectations. AC is not centralized, but 3 separate window units that the fan ran continuously even when temperature not set as low. No on-site laundry. Binder of instructions for guest expectations significant with understanding of past abuses by guests regarding pets and body fluids.
