"The Harbour Studio is really lovely. Easily accessible. Close to town and supermarkets etc.It was also very warm, and dry despite being winter. The room gets sun all afternoon (if there is sun to be had)Despite sharing access with two other properties, it was lovely and private.I enjoyed a couple of lovely walks along the shared path that runs along the harbour.The standout feature of the studio is the view. "The property was very comfortable and beautifully presented. The only thing to note is that if you had a large vehicle like a camper van or RV the parking would be a problem. There is a small local grocery store within walking distance (although the area is hilly) and it is an easy twenty minute drive into Dunedin. "

"After staying in VRBOs around NZ, this was definitely our favorite for charm, view and character. However? We arrived cold and et and the heat was not on. It took a few hits to warm up the hallway. There were lots of blankets so we could sit on the couch and stay warm. My one suggestion would be to have the owner turn on the heat ahead of guests arrivals on cold days. "

"Exactly what we needed for the last night of our little road trip in the South Island.Arrived to a warm and tidy space. Small kitchen that looked well equipped although we didn’t use it. Grateful for the quick 15min wash cycle which allowed us to take home clean clothes! Thanks"
