We had to get in touch with the host as directions and entry details did not come through . There was a large crack in the bathroom sink and the carpet by the bathroom door was very wet . Barring these comments a good apartment.

Very cute, clean room, difficult to access.

This place was very cute and clean and had the view of the harbor. Unfortunately, the street leading to driveway is a steep turn and was damaging the fenders and undercarriage of my uber driver cars. Several times I had to get out at the bottom and walk up (about a 4 minute walk up)when they refused to drive which was difficult at night and with luggage. Otherwise, the place itself was very nice and safe.

Disappointed

Unfortunately, 2 messages to the host via the booking system were missed & not responded to. One being that we would require the futon as well as the bed as 1 x 18 yr old & a parent. We arrived at 3pm for check in to find no carparking nearby, the unit open with previous stays dirty sheets. We had to text, call & wait to get a response & then after apologies we were asked to leave and come back in an hour and a half. We arrived back at 4.30. There was no parking again so had to walk 300m along a shared driveway and down a very steep drive carrying all our bags. The host later apologized and told us to double park behind someone else. We arrived to find one double bed made up despite the request at booking. No bedding at all for what is sold as the futon bed (that is also only suitable for light people as the mattress on it is 5cm thick & doesn't cover full length) The host was aware via text that we had arrived, the bedding for the futon was not there. She did apologize again for more issues & said she would refund us after all the problems. We raced off to our function - when we came back no one had come to deliver any sheets/blanket/pillow for the requested futon. A long night with splitting bedding so each got one sheet - no second duvet though.Have held off reviewing to see if the refund & apology was forthcoming but feel as not, I would warn others.Should be sold as double only (not twin adult) 2 small kids & suggest better to say no parking available.

Lovely hideaway

The location was perfect with easy access to town and the peninsula. Parking was a problem, but sorted by the owner, when she was made aware. Beautiful views and comfortable.

Fantail Hide

This was a lovely place to stay. It was very clean and comfortable. The decor is lovely. It has a great view. Be prepared for a steep road and drive, but it is certainly drivable. Close to the town centre, also (by car).

Great place to stay

I stayed here with my daughter and it was lovely and private. Bit tricky navigating the driveway access hence the 4 stars but host is fantastic with good clear communication. Would definitely stay again, thank you so much.
