Cozy Lakefront Home on Lamoka With Dock Access, Front Deck & Fire-pit!

If you're looking for the perfect lake-side get-away for your family or friends, look no further! The Lamoka Lake House is located on the eastside of Lamoka Lake across from Red Bank Island. We provide the perfect escape from the everyday grind. With 100 feet of lake-front, our dock not only gives you access to a beautiful mud-bottom lake for fishing, swimming, paddling and relaxing, but you can also use our provided rowboat or canoe for some of the region's best bass, perch, pickerel and musky fishing!

Need a break from the water? Relax on our wrap-around deck with a beautiful view. A fire-pit also provides a peaceful location for you and your family to gather together to end the day.

As soon as you pull into the 2-car driveway, you receive an unobstructed view of the lake which provides a backdrop to gorgeous sunsets each evening. With minimal vehicle and boat traffic, this rental and lake are ideal for families or anyone looking for some tranquility.

The quaint cottage is economically priced, since everyone deserves a place to relax. Three bedrooms and one bathroom surround the house's common living space. The three piece bathroom has a stand-up shower with a bench seat. The kitchenette with dinette area is fully stocked with enough dishes, utensils and cookware for a full-house. You'll find an electric range, microwave, toaster and coffee maker, as well as a gas-grill for outdoor cooking. The living area also has a futon (which can provide extra sleeping if needed at night). In the common area there's a flat screen, mounted television with a provided DVD player and cable access. We also provide wireless internet for all of our guests' convenience.

All three bedrooms are equipped with a dresser for any storage needs, as well as air conditioning for those hot summer nights! The house comfortably sleeps 6 adults with 2 queen and 1 full sized bed (comforters and pillows provided -- you'll need to pack your own linens).

Great time in a cute cottage

We really enjoyed our stay in this cottage. It was clean and had everything you needed. The cottage is small, but we spent most of our time outside. The view was stunning and the doc was a great place to see the lake and look at the starts. This location is great to be able to explore around Seneca and Keuka lakes.

Great stay in the finger lakes

This is a cozy cabin right on the beautiful lake Lamoka. The cabin is close to a lot of state parks, wineries, and small towns in the heart of the finger lakes. The check-in and check-out process is easy and the host is easy to communicate with. There is a paddle boat, canoe, fire pit (with wood), and picnic tables all available to use. The only negative was that the place had a hot tub listed but we did not see a hot tub anywhere on the property.

August Visit

It was our 4th time at Brian's place on Lamoka Lake, We had a good time, as usual. Lots of small fish from the dock but no big ones this year. The cottage was clean and functional with no problems. And we got good use out of the new grill. Brian was a good host, as he always is. We expect to be back again next year.

Weekend at the lake

We planned a last minute trip for the weekend before school starts. We very much enjoyed our stay here. The dock was great and the house was clean with a beautiful view of the lake. The host was so nice and accomodating.

This property has everything you need to enjoy your stay in the finger lakes. Lamoka Lake is absolutely beautiful and the fishing is amazing. The host is very friendly and responsive. We hope to stay here again in the future.

comfortable little cottage and very nice dock

Brian's a great host, greeted us on arrival and offered his assistance in anything we needed. The dock was perfect for my boat and we enjoyed some good fishing on the lake.

Quaint, rustic cabin on the lake

Nice, basic property perfectly situated on a beautiful lake just below Lake Keuka. Nice sitting area at the water. Short drive to Watkins Glen, Corning and other spots in finger lakes region. Good kitchen amenities and roomy bedrooms and bathroom. Just bring your own bed sheets and bath towels.

Very nice little cottage.. well appointed .. only improvements I could suggest is somehow create some counter space.. we made it work .. had a great time .. our host Bryan was readily available.. and even helped us order some chicken wings .

Efficient and convenient

Cute little camp across the street from Lamoka Lake. Close to both Hammondsport and Watkins Glen, so conveniently located. Great for jumping off spot to go places and 3 bedrooms, so comfortable sleeping. Ample outdoor space for lounging/relaxing, but indoors not a large communal area. Who needs one with all that the Finger Lakes offers. Owner very responsive and willing to help. Thank you for your kindness.

Great time

We had our third vacation on Lamoka Lake at Bryan's place. As usual, we had a good time and Bryan was a great host. Fishing was good and it was fun to watch the frequent storms. We plan to return in 2024.

Great lakefront stay!

Wonderful location! Can’t beat being steps away from lake! Super clean, well kept property. Brian was top notch! Very welcoming, helpful, and gregarious! Recommend for couples or small group, as indoor living space is very limited. Very nice backyard picnic space, too! 10-15 minutes in either direction to Hammondsport, or Watkins Glen.

Great vacation

Our trip was short but sweet! Brian was very friendly and helpful. Great lawn, awesome area right on the water to hamg...swimming and were wonderful and having the paddleboat was a hit! The living area is small but when youre busy and just need sleep who cares?! Kids and adults all slept great. Would definitely visit again!

Great place, great location

Owner was great and very accommodating. Very nice lake front for adults and kids. Fire pit in backyard and lots of wood available to make those s’mores. Location is also great halfway between Watkins Glen and Hammondsport.
