"Eveything was thought of. Notes with explanations were extremely helpful. Perfect size studio. The views being over the water were priceless. The privacy was terrific as well. Snuggly bed & couch. Kitchen had everything we needed. I definitely will come back. It was beyond what we expected. The only concern was the driveway that our car got caught and dragged but construction crewdaid they are fixing it. So, ALL GOOD!!!"

"Loved this place! The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were so comfortable, the showers were hot - even if another person was using a different one and it was SO NICE to have our own little private space in our cottage and then join the group in the shared kitchen. "The house and location are just gorgeous!! The layout of the home is perfect. There is every amenity you could want and the quality of everything is NICE. "My family enjoyed this gem on the Russian River. The house was comfortable and very clean. Pet friendly too which was great! The hot tub in the rain was delightful!
