"Great location. Multiple subway stations within 5 minutes. Easy pick-ups for ride share. We had first floor unit and was very quiet. Everything you need for your stay no further than 10 minute walk."

"It all started when we arrived in the lobby and the code. I had three days before we arrived didn’t work. Apparently you should have a code 24 hours before you arrive when we got to our room the air-conditioning didn’t work. There was no towel bar in the bathroom. There was a standup fan on the floor, which we assume was because the AC didn’t work properly. it was very uncomfortable our first night sleep, hoping that the AC would change overnight, which it didn’t in the morning. "Die Zimmer sind wirklich nur zum Schlafen gedacht, ich denke, so war es auch gedacht. Wenn Sie also nur eine Unterkunft zum Übernachten suchen, ist es in Ordnung, aber für einen richtigen Urlaub ist es nicht so toll. Die Lage ist fantastisch, nur wenige Schritte vom Herzen des Times Square entfernt. Das Personal ist gut."
