Enjoyed the house, enough room to spread out. Loved the view of the lift bridge and harbor.Not a big deal, but would have liked more seating at the dining table and a bath mat in the upper bathroom. Could not open windows for a cool breeze in the bedroom with the twin beds.

We had a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to book this property again. The location and view of the lake were great. Close to Canal Park and other attractions we visited. Beds were comfortable and towels were so soft. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make a few quick meals.Communication was great and instructions were clear.

The only thing I didn’t like was the keypad lock on the door to the basement and that it didn’t have a separate deadbolt for the guest to feel secure. The front and back doors also would be better with a separate deadbolt locks for guest security. If the owner were to forget to change the code between guests or someone gets the code, we would’ve felt more secure being able to lock doors from the inside at night with a separate lock. Also, more bath towels would be nice. Other than this, it was a wonderful location and clean. 5 stars.

Great location, property manager communication lacking

Location of this property is great, very easy to get to Canal Park and Bayfront. The property had enough space inside and outside for people and vehicles. The floor plan is a little separated but the living room is large enough for everyone to hang out in. Only real complaint is that the host has not been responsive at all about an item we left at the house. Still hoping to hear back.

Great place to stay for Grandma's!

We stayed here for Grandma's Marathon Weekend. It was nice and close. Definitely walkable to catch buses, but because of the early start, we chose to drive. Nice and clean and beautiful view of Lake Superior!

In Duluth for a family wedding. Four couples (brothers). Everything was very nice. Too bad the weather didn’t cooperate. So much better than a hotel room.

We enjoyed our stay at this charming home. It was perfect for our family of 9 (six adults and three children) giving us space to play games in the living room and a well appointed kitchen for making scrumptious breakfasts! We enjoyed watching ships going in and out of the harbor right from the house. Close to Canal Park and the downtown area making it a perfect location for exploring Duluth.

Cute, rustic house with a beautiful view.

Everything was really good with our stay, the house was very clean and the neighbors we met were really friendly, but we had a few issues using things at the house that we asked for assistance with and we just didn't receive any or very little communication back. I would recommend this place, but would be leary about communication with the owners.

Beautiful view a great location

Our youth group was attending an event at the DECC. This home was a great location and a short drive away. One of our youth leaders was so impressed that he may book the home for a vacation with is family.

Amazing Stay with a Great View!

It’s a great property to stay at, lots of bedrooms and a full kitchen. The bathrooms are nice, but bring your own shampoo and conditioner! Fantastic views overlooking Duluth you can’t beat! Highly recommend this stay to all :)

Weekend away

Standard accommodations. Had everything offered. Plenty of space in each bedroom to store suitcases. They provide shovel for you to clear staircase as needed. If you're planning to cook all of your meals at the VRBO plan on paying the trash fee. The bedrooms all require using stairs. Was great to have off street parking but that requires lots of stairs.Plenty of seating and provide folding tables which you will need in the dining room for meals. Only one pillow per person so bring your own extras for blankets in living room and pillows at bedtime. Must bring your own shampoo and conditioner. Owners provide bar soap and one set of hotel style shampoo/conditioner. More than reasonable price for offering and likely a great summer option as well. I would stay again but wait until my kids were a little bigger.

Cute but not comfy

This place is nice and has all the “needs” but the beds are pretty uncomfortable and I find it odd that it can sleep up to 9 people but does not have the space to seat up to 9 people for a meal.

Big house with great views

We booked this property for a short getaway in Duluth. It is close enough to everything that you could want to do without all the traffic. It has a great view of the lake. The house was pretty big and the beds were very comfortable. The property manager was very responsive. Two thumbs up and a high five.

exceeded expectations!

Our party of 9 were comfortable. Plenty of room for all. The kitchen was the most well stocked of any house I've rented. We'll definitely rent this home again when we're in the area
