The cabin was clean, and communication to the host were fine. Just a small problem dealing with VRBO. The beds were EXCELLANT!!!! We slept great. They have great mattresses. they must be special because, I have back problem and I fell asleep immediately after going to bed and waking up with no back problems every night we stayed there. Large living room area and kitchen area was great, Would recommend it. Nice electric fireplace for when it is cool or just as a background.

Què no li ha agradat: Entrada
Apartment was fairly clean except kitchen. Dish drainer was gross, and some dishes not clean. Had to buy a new dish sponge... didn't trust the old one. Bathroom needs a towel ring/bar near the sink. Renters should be aware that there is a fair amount of noise from upstairs (and they were older people without children). Enough to keep us up. The place is not very sound proof. We didn't spend a lot of time there, so it was good for our needs. Finishing in the bathroom was clearly done by a non-professional, but was clean with a nice shower. Oh, and there's a rooster that crows at the crack of dawn right behind the house!

The bottom unit has no control for the heat and a/c. The temperature is controlled by the upper unit. Due to the upstairs unit requiring more a/c for comfort, it made the bottom unit very cold. We did close all the vents to get as little cold air as possible.

The apartment was larger than we expected. It was clean and warm. The location was perfect for us as we wanted to be close to Duluth, but not necessarily in town. We would recommend this unit and host.
