The accommodation:

In the down-to-earth Ruhrort district with typical Ruhrpott charm (some find it a harsh, mixed crowd, all normal for the Ruhrpott), we have created a very practical and centrally located retreat here. We paid attention to very high-quality furnishings and feel-good decor. The 106 sqm apartment (3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms) offers a great experience for 6 people with king-size box-spring beds for the highest demands. If you are traveling with a large group, you can use fold-out wall beds and sofa beds to accommodate up to 12 people. Allergy-friendly bedding from Schiesser ensures the right cuddle factor.

We would like to specifically point out that the apartment is very well connected with a train stop right outside the door. From there it is an 11-minute journey directly to Duisburg main station. However, you can hear the train and road traffic in the living room and small bedroom. It is very quiet in the large bedroom, the bathrooms and the kitchen. The same applies to the large terrace, which can also be used for smoking.

We have paid attention to great design throughout the apartment. The apartment is fully equipped and also offers enough space for large groups with a large bathroom and additional guest WC. There is also a fully equipped, spacious kitchen.

The large bathroom has a shower with a normal shower head and a Grohe rain shower. Luxurious shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer are a matter of course. There is also a branded washer-dryer, which makes long-term stays possible. In addition, a guest WC makes living together in a large group easier.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, large fridge with freezer compartment, hotplates, oven, Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother, normal coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave and full crockery equipment. The stylish dining table seats 8 people and enjoys a bright atmosphere through a large window.

The living room has 2 large sofa beds and a beautiful coffee table and also offers enough space for large groups to relax. Those who wish can enjoy video content on the 55-inch Fire Smart TV, which includes Netflix, Amazon Video and regular TV channels. You can also use your own access to all typical streaming services, etc. here. The two sofas can each be converted into a queen-size bed for up to 2 people if required (so 4 people in total), which also offer the feel-good cuddle factor with top-class toppers, pillows and comforters.

In the large, quiet bedroom there is a luxury box-spring bed (180x200cm) and another large bed (160x200cm). Here you can sleep alone, as a couple or with up to 4 people without any problems.
In the smaller bedroom (where you can hear the train) there is also a luxury box-spring bed (180x200cm) and there is a folding wall bed for an additional person. A small workplace offers the possibility to work. The apartment has 1,000 MBit fast luxury internet.

Our goal is the highest level of customer satisfaction: please contact us if there is a problem that needs to be solved or if you are missing something. We are happy to provide a small initial supply of coffee, tea, milk, sugar, sweetener, washing-up liquid and detergent, shower gel and shampoo, so that you don't have to worry about anything for the time being. We obtain our towels and bed linen from high-quality hotel suppliers.


Arrival and departure:

- Duisburg Karlstr. train station right outside the front door, the train runs through to Duisburg main station in 11 minutes

Extra services:
- Late check-out can be booked for an extra charge depending on availability
- For long stays, we clean the apartment, make the beds and change the towels every 2 weeks
- We provide a cot free of charge on request.

Smoking is prohibited inside the entire accommodation. Smoking is permitted on the terrace. Pets and parties are not permitted.
There is a noise and cigarette smoke meter in the apartment (no parties).
