"This was our 2nd stay. It never disapoints. You can spend time with family in the pool and game room. Clean and plenty of space. Quiet neighborhood with plenty to do and see in Columbia or Nashville. The house is beautiful and always feels like home."

"Everything was better than we expected. The oven was out of order during our stay, but apart from that - it was fantastic! We would definitely book here again! Our kids loved the hit tub and all the fun back yard things to do! - however, if you really enjoy ping pong.. I’d bring your own paddles and balls! The ones on site weren’t great, but that’s understandable. Cheers!"

"Very clean. Nice amenities: snacks, coffee, tea, shampoo, conditioner, cute night light, fan, washer/dryer, nice towels, WiFi. Appreciated the laminated instructions for the facility. Kitchen was well-appointed. Slept well on the Purple mattress. Struggled with getting TV to function. I believe the guests before me signed out of the TV account despite the instructions to NOT sign out. "

"This property was great….you all have thought of everything! I use VRBO a lot and have to say that I haven’t stayed at any place as well stocked with all of ones needs and more! The extra bonus items were well thought out…Doggy things, s’mores and all the choices of teas! Also stocked bathrooms with all of the items you need! If I were to make a suggestion, maybe check the duct work in Bedroom to the right of the back deck! When the air conditioner kicks on it makes a terrible, loud noise….we...

"We were lucky enough to stay here for a full 6 weeks for a summer break from our home town. The house is in a GREAT location that is very quiet and peaceful! Surrounded by nature, we loved the creeks around the home! The screened in porch was used daily by the whole family. "Enjoyed visiting downtown Columbia Tennessee, Enjoyed visiting Polk museum. Great place to visit and relax. Perfect location for this VRBO. Thank you for provided coffee, very nice. Disappointed no cable or satellite as listed, should probably just list it as having a smart tv….we actually rented this unit cause it said it had cable…other than that, we tried to make do! "

"What a lovely property. We stayed there for a big race and it was such a pleasure to come back to the house every day and sit by the creek and have a fully stocked kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and hope to come back again next year, thanks so much for everything!"

"We had 3 separate families meet up and we had room for everyone. Ages ranged from 6-75, and everyone had a plenty of room to either be alone, or gather in the living room. Our favorite spot was the porch with the hot tub and movie! The host left us bug spray, but we didn’t need out there, it was so nice and peaceful.
