"We stayed in the traditional studio, and we couldn't be happier with it; it was clean and spacious. Split can be quite costly, so we appreciated that the property had a fully equipped kitchen with all the essential utensils, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, and even a washing machine. The property is conveniently located within walking distance of all major attractions, yet remains very quiet and private. Communication with the owner was excellent, offering numerous helpful recommendations."

"Had an amazing stay, would thoroughly recommend. It being slightly detached from the town made it a really desirable place to stay in terms of how quiet it was. The little houses were an interesting concept and I really enjoyed mine. The only criticism I’d have is that there is no street lighting or pavement on the main road for the first maybe 200-300 metres, making walking at nighttime slightly disconcerting, but that shouldn’t put you off staying in this wonderful complex."

Nimmt euch am besten oropax mit, denn die Türen sind normale Zimmertüren(dünn). Die Türen werden doch meistens zu geschlagen."

"Upon our arrival, we were greeted by Maris, Ivana and Fabjan, the friendliest, most welcoming hosts and owners of the property. We were very happy with the spacious home, beautiful pool and grounds, and view of the Adriatic in our backyard, just steps from the sea. "Very nice rooms but up 2 flights of stairs so would be a problem if accessibility is needed. Very close to a grocery store and lots of restaurants and the old town and marina are a short walk away. Parking is a block away in a city lot so it may take several minutes of circling to find a spot - 10 euros a day with the parking card provided. "

"Loved having a balcony with beautiful ocean view with close access to beach, and suites are beachside of road. Bus stop nearby and approx 20 minutes to Split depending on traffic. Good kitchenette and comfy bed. Great to have Standup boards, inflatables, umbrellas & plenty of sun lounges on hand. Beach is pebble and not sand beach, so need thongs or sea shoes. Nice walking path along beach and access to restaurants nearby. A coffee machine & toaster would be a nice addition."

The hosts were absolutely perfect – friendly, welcoming, and always available if we had any questions.
