"Really lived thus property inside the walls of Old town Dubrovnik. Would definitely stay here again. We stayed in a studio size apartment that was plenty big for two people. Appreciated the fact that it had a refrigerator, electric kettle for hot water and microwave and cook top, which allowed us to shop for groceries and eat breakfast in the apartment. One big bonus was the washer & dryer in the common area with free detergent. Our host was great!!"

"My family stayed here for two nights in June. We had such a nice time. The property was spotless and air conditioned-essential as it was 92 each day. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was great. There was even a freezer in the fridge and a washing machine. The location was right in old town within walking distance from everything. Excellent communication as well. Highly recommend for your next trip to Dubrovnik."

"Central location to the old town. However getting to the hotel was hard for us with suitcases due to a lot of stairs. The uber driver dropped us at a location where getting to the hotel was a nightmare for us. My recommendation is that you get dropped off right at the entrance of old town and take the first alley which has 5-6 larger steps to roll or drag your suitcases if you have them, that way you will prolly have to only take 34-35 steep steps versus for us it was harder. But overall...

"Having stayed in many 5 star properties around the world, this is not a 5 star property. This lovely old building, in the heart of the Dubrovnik old town, is not well maintained. A lot of the decor is scruffy. The reception area is just a small room on entry. The air conditioning did not work properly. We had to move to a lower grade room (which had a free standing noisy AC unit) the first night while our room AC was fixed. The breakfast was not great. Apparently, the upper floor restaurant...

"This boutique hotel is a gem. There are only 5 or 6 rooms and the property faces the Adriatic. The views are stunning. Walkable to Old Town. The tourism staff working at the property are very friendly and helpful. All of the staff are warm, kind and professional. Dinner at the hotel is an event not to be missed - delicious. We fell in love with this property and its staff. We will be back! Highly recommend."
