The apartment prides itself on two expansive terraces designed to redefine the concept of outdoor living:

The Main Lounge Terrace: The true star of the property. Directly accessible from the living room, it features a comfortable lounge set, 6 sun loungers, and a private jacuzzi where you can unwind with a glass of wine while watching the sunset over the Old Town.

The Traditional Dining Terrace: Located right by the entrance in a pleasant shade, this terrace is ideal for gatherings with family and friends. It features a large outdoor dining table and an open-air stone fireplace/BBQ.

The interior of the apartment features a bright, open-concept layout that maximizes natural light. The spacious living room is equipped with a comfortable L-shaped sofa and a large flat-screen TV, seamlessly connecting to an elegant dining area with a table for 8. The fully equipped, modern kitchen provides everything you need for a carefree stay: a large refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, as well as all necessary cookware and utensils.

The apartment offers three beautifully appointed bedrooms. All rooms are equipped with premium double beds (180x200), nightstands, private TVs, and stylish open closets.

Two bedrooms feature their own en-suite bathrooms with modern walk-in showers.

The third bedroom has access to a separate bathroom, which also conveniently houses a washing machine and a clothes dryer—perfectly practical for longer stays.

Welcome to Apartment Marble View! We are thrilled to host you in beautiful Dubrovnik. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for you, our future guests, and our lovely neighbors, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to the following house rules:

1. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT:
Check-in is available from 15:00 onwards, and check-out is by 10:00. Please respect the check-out time so our dedicated cleaning team can properly sanitize and prepare this spacious 300 m² apartment for the next arrivals. If you need a late check-out or early check-in, please reach out in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate you based on availability.

2. SMOKING POLICY:
To maintain a fresh, clean, and healthy environment for everyone, Apartment Marble View is a strictly non-smoking property indoors. If you wish to smoke, we ask that you do so outdoors only and responsibly dispose of your cigarette butts in the provided exterior ashtrays. Any evidence of indoor smoking will result in an additional deep-cleaning fee.

3. PETS:
While we genuinely love animals, we maintain a strict no-pets policy. This helps us ensure a comfortable and safe environment for all our incoming guests, particularly those with severe pet allergies. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

4. QUIET HOURS & NEIGHBORHOOD RESPECT:
Our property is located in a friendly and peaceful residential area of Dubrovnik along Pelješka ulica. We kindly ask you to be mindful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00. Please keep noise levels, TV volume, and voices to a minimum during this time to ensure everyone enjoys a good night's rest.

5. PARTIES & EVENTS:
To preserve the tranquility of our neighborhood, parties, large gatherings, and events are strictly forbidden. The maximum occupancy of the apartment is 8 guests, and no unregistered visitors are allowed to stay overnight without prior approval from the host.

6. CARE OF THE PROPERTY & ENERGY CONSERVATION:
Please treat our home with the same love, care, and respect as you would your own. We kindly request that you turn off the air conditioning, lights, and any unneeded appliances whenever you leave the apartment. Conserving energy is highly valued in Croatia, and it helps protect our beautiful local environment. Additionally, please ensure all windows and doors are securely locked when you head out to explore the historic city center.

7. CLEANLINESS & TRASH:
While a final cleaning is included in your stay, we kindly ask that you maintain a basic level of tidiness. Before check-out, please wash your dishes or load the dishwasher, and take out the rubbish to the designated municipal bins located just down the street.

8. DAMAGES:
We understand that accidents can happen! If anything breaks, spills, or stops working during your stay, please notify us immediately. This allows us to arrange for prompt repairs or replacements before the next guests arrive, and helps avoid complications at the end of your trip.

This property features self check in via key lock box. You will receive your code on check in day at 15:00, or earlier in case apartment has been cleaned before. We kindly ask you to provide us with your approximate arrival time so we can prepare apartment for you on time. In case you arrive in Dubrovnik before 15:00 and your accommodation is not ready yet feel free to leave your luggage at our reception, located at Ivana Matijaševića 14 street while exploring the town or enjoying your lunch at one of the nearby restaurants. As soon as the property is ready we will contact you.
In order to receive your entrance code it is important that you fill out our PreCheck-in form which will be sent to you automatically several times before your arrival.
