Family Zucalo offers you a relaxing stay in a modern apartment. The apartment is air conditioned and have two double bedrooms, one Bathroom with shower and toilet, living/dining area, a kitchen and have a terrace of 18 sqm.

Kitchen:
Kitchen with oven, ceramic hob and extractor fan, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes and cutlery and of course pots, pans, Water glasses etc. Ground spices, sugar, olive oil, Vegeta are available cleaning cloths, sponge and dry towels, of course too.

Living - dining area:
Size cozy corner couch with pullout function, 30 "LED satellite TV.
Dining table with seating for 4 persons.

Bathroom:
Shower, Sink with mirror, toilet and fitted wardrobes.
Small towels, hand soap are available.

Bedroom 1:
The room has a big window that can be completely darkened. Double bed 2m x 2m, bedside table with night lamp.

Villa Celenca is located in Rijeka dubrovacka (marina of Dubrovnik), 6 km away from the old town, 5 km from the bus station, 25 km from the airport and 10 m from a bus stop. The connection with the city center and the beaches in Lapad is provided by a regular bus line. The buses leave every 20 minutes.

Boat dock: For guests who own a motorboat we have a dock near Villa Celenca.

Villa Celenca is located near the marina, which is a nice place for walks and a very interesting place for sailboat, motorboat and yacht

Medjugorje, Mostar, Montenegro Makarska and Split: are great destination for day trips with family or friends.

We had an unforgettable stay in a beautiful family home in Mokošica. Surrounded by vines, orange and lemon trees, pomegranates, and a wonderful variety of vegetables, it felt like a private paradise. The pool was spotless and cleaned every morning. Just a short drive from Old Town Dubrovnik, it was the perfect location. The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We can’t recommend this place enough for the perfect holiday!

Dårlig Wifi. Vi hadde ikke wifi de to siste dagene. Mangel på kjøkken utstyr for å lage mat. Det var to soverom og romslig. Liten kjøleskap.

Perfect location

First of all our hosts were really welcoming as we arrived. They really wanted us to enjoy our stay in Dubrovnik. The pictures of the apartment are just like you see. Very comfortable! It is just a short 10 minute drive into Dubrovnic.. parking in Dubrovnik is quite a challenge. So this location afforded us a parking spot as well. The grounds of their home is charming with mature grapevines and pomegranate trees surrounding the pool. I would totally stay here again.

Kleines Paradies

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Wohnung war blitzsauber, die Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit, die Anlage des Gartens ein kleines Paradies. Der Wein von Milo war sensationell! Wenn es uns wieder nach Dubrovnik zieht, dann auf jeden Fall in diese Wohnung.

Dubrovnik entspannt geniessen...

Anna und Mihael sind nette Vermieter,die uns auf ein Gläschen Wein einluden und viel interessantes über ihr Land erzählten und uns viele nützlichen Infos gaben. Das Apartment war blitzsauber und es fehlte an nichts.Das Internet funktionierte tadellos ,es gab sogar diverse deutsche Fersehkanäle.Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt und können diese Wohneinheit uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Der Garten von Anna ist ein Traum..... .....und die Bushaltestelle nach Dubrovnik direkt auf der anderen Strassenseite (15 Kuna one way- 25 min Fahrt bis Altstadt )

Nice property but rude owners!

Owners live on site and watch every move. Children are not allowed to play in pool or splash. Owners have so many rules. These apartments should be for adults only. They should specify that NO KIDS ALLOWED My boys were actually scared of the owners. Our stay was spoilt and would not recommend this property for families with children!!

Trevlig, fräsch lägenhet. Värdparet mycket trevliga och tillmötesgående. Bra bussförbindelse till Gamla stan. För att hitta de fina, lugna stränderna rekommenderas bil. Vi är mycket nöjda!

Immaculate spacious apartment, with beautiful well kept gardens. Handy bus stop directly opposite, whick takes you into Dubrovnik city. Lovely friendly hosts. Will definately be booking again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Amazing place - the owners are so lovely!

We loved staying here, the apartment was really comfortable and the pool area was a lovely place to come back to and relax away form the crowds of the old town. The owners are so nice and friendly, they even gave us a bottle of their home grown wine to try whilst we were there! They were really welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The bus into the old town only takes 30 minutes or so and runs frequently.
