"I had to make considerable effort to reach the host for check-in instructions. the unit was in very poor condition including damaged walls, doors and floors. The kitchen was also improperly stocked. The deck is a safety hazard! This unit has considerable “wear and tear” with no visible attempts to bring it back up the standard for the price paid. First time I was dissatisfied with a VRBO stay. "

"Little to no communication. Bathroom floors and dishes were dirty. Three forks, four plates, and a few random bowls were in the kitchen. We had to use plastic silverware. I really wanted to provide my college kids a home cooked meal while I was in town but we ended up having to order and reheat. No check out documents were provided even after they were requested. The common area was very noisy until late in the night- most of the windows looked out onto this area. "

"What a great place to stay. It's so quiet and peaceful. Go outside on a clear night and look at the stars! Go out during the day and look at the horses, cows, donkeys, and llamas! Flint and Tracey are wonderful folks and live nearby in case you need anything. We purchased property nearby and will likely be staying here quite a bit while we do cleanup/renovation. So glad we found this!"

"We really enjoyed our short time here, only 2 nights. Cabin was very clean and comfortable, It accommodated the two of us very nicely.. The setting was very nice and scenic. We got a big kick out of the chickens and roosters! Owners provided us with fresh eggs and were on site to answer any questions or to bring anything we might need. Cabin was well stocked.
