Please note that last-minute reservations made within 24 hours of arrival are subject to a change in arrival time from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

The property only accepts the number of adults listed on the reservation confirmation.

Any additional guests not confirmed on the reservation will not be accepted.

Each guest will be asked to send identification within 48 hours once the reservation is created and at check-in.

This property does not accommodate bachelorette parties, bachelor parties, or similar celebrations.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked not to make excessive noise. A noise abatement policy is in effect between 9 pm and 7 am. Guests must leave the property in the same condition as they arrived.

If you leave the property at a late time or other than the scheduled time, 10:00 am on the last day, without prior mutual agreement, you will be charged a €55 reminder fee.

If the above policies are not followed, a penalty fee will be applied to guests for any damage caused to the property. A penalty fee of €150 will be charged if you smoke in the property.

The property was clean and tidy. It had all the things a person would need (glasses, plates, toilet paper, clean towels, clean appliances...missing paper towels). There were a few extras like shampoo and conditioner if you forgot them. The beds were comfortable for sleeping. There was enough space for the three of us. The apartment was within walking distance of a couple of good pubs. If you are okay to walk then you could walk into the downtown core. It was also easy to take an Uber as well. The parts that we didn't enjoy were the stairs to get up and down (outside) with luggage (we had an elderly person in our group). This would be no problem for younger people. I also had some communication issues with the host. The issue could have been on VRBO's end. This was particularly frustrating because I think any traveler likes things to run smoothly and I felt that it could have been handled a bit better. Overall, I think it was a good place to stay.

Very Disappointed

We had three separate stays in this apartment over a period of 13 days. Initially, the access was very confusing and the key safe, once found, was very difficult to open through out our stays. In the first visit, there were major plumbing problems with no water at all for 24 hours. This was attended to by the second visit, but not without multiple text messages with the manager, creating a lot of inconvenience. The toilet cistern needed repairs to flushing action in the second visit but by then we had the plumber’s phone number! The heater never worked in spite of notifying this issue in the first visit. The broken drying rack was also reported. Apartment is in quiet location and 15 minutes uphill walk from Heuston Station, a problem if dragging suitcases. Given all the problems a refund would have made us feel better. This was the worst experience we have ever had in apartment rental by Stayz.
