Not Family Friendly, Extremely Poor Experience
I wish I could give negative ratings. Even one star feels too generous.
I traveled with my family, including my parents and 1-year-old child. I specifically chose this hotel and paid extra for a suite with kitchen facilities so we could comfortably prepare meals for our child. This decision turned out to be a mistake.
At check-in, we waited 3 hours past the official time with no queue management. Guests arriving after us were given rooms first. Despite informing them we had a young child and had traveled internationally, there was no urgency. We missed our planned evening.
We had requested adjacent rooms in advance but were given rooms on different floors without notice. This made things very difficult with a toddler.
The key card system was a mess. Only two cards were given for two rooms, and elevator access required them. When we requested another card, one of the existing cards was silently deactivated, causing repeated issues and multiple trips to reception.
Extra beds promised in the booking were not provided at check-in.
Several essential amenities didn’t work:
* Washing machine
* Intercom
* Power outlets
* Stove
We had to repeatedly follow up with multiple departments. It felt like we were managing the hotel ourselves.
Because of the power and stove issues, we couldn’t prepare food for our child. Even heating water was delayed by over 3 hours, which was extremely stressful.
