Is that an excellent location Services are excellent. However, one should be aware that pricing is different from what is shown on the Expedia website. The taxes are not accounted for, so there might be a discrepancy between what you think you are expected to pay and what the property actually charges.

Staff was courteous and helpful. Property is perfectly located near the mall and local restaurants and small stores. Our apartment was very large and spacious.

I've stayed at the Swiss 7 times in Dubai. Can't wait until they renovate all. It's one of the best hotels with amenities in the region and super convenient. Ordered a cab to Abu Dhabi and hotel staff member asked his friend who wanted to over charge me and wasn't driving safe. The staff also at the front desk have a really hard job and it's apparent when they are tired....

The staff were extremely courteous and friendly. The first room we were given was not up to par, and when we asked to be moved into another room not only did they accommodate, they took us to two 2 other rooms to pick which one we liked best! We very much appreciated this

Wir waren bereits zum 2. Mal da, weil das Hotel eine super Lage gegenüber der Dubai Mall und des Burj Khalifa hat. Wir hatten zu 3. eine große Wohnung mit toller Aussicht. Die Anlage (Garten mit 2 Pools) ist sehr gepflegt und groß. Es gibt nichts zu meckern, alle waren sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war auch super mit reichlich Auswahl (international, wenig lokales). Wir werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen.

Gastvrijheid en behulpzaamheid door het personeel. Wat tegenviel was het ontbijt. Door ruimte gebrek loop je elkaar tegen het lijf. Voor de rest prima verblijf gehad en super grote appartementen. Heel centraal gelegen.

We are the family of 6 with young kids. We got 2 bedroom apartment with 1 king bed and 2 sofa bed. It was plenty for us. The apartments are very big and comfortable. The staff was amazing as-well. The room service was done daily. There is AlMaya grocery store near-by which is pretty convenient.

The apartments could use a little remodeling in one of their 3 towers. (Lavendar) is their oldest one it seems but not bad at all for the price. The hotel has a great location for dining and shopping. Only minutes walking to the Dubai Mall. They have an excellent English Pub called the Double Decker which serves even pork on their menu. Great food and good times to be had. Their Breakfast buffet is also great a little bit of everything.

Room is very basic, needs a few personal touches + if it caters for 6 people why only 4 sets of cutlery & crockery ! Why only 2 chairs on the balcony !! Area outside towards to pools is looking tired, cracked/brocken tiles...my Grandson cut his leg on a tile & I cut my toe on broken tiles around the pool let alone hundreds of broken ones on the walkways.

The residence was horribly maintained, the photos on Expedia did not reflect the actual condition. I have bed bug bites all over my body. I am dissapointed and my trip was ruined due to the quality of this hotel. Unfortunately everything else happened to be sold out so I was not able to move either.

Average stay at prime location

Apartments are quite large, the buffet had a good spread. The rooms were too cold, and the air conditioning was unable to warm up the rooms. Facilities were completely no-frill (no dental kits, no adapters) Surprised that this was an Accor property. Access cards were disabled at 12PM, this despite having requested for and the reception confirming a 1 hour extension. Abject lack of directions on the confirmation mail, took us ages to find the right building to find the apartments. Absolute chaos in communication between the building and main reception. Was being called upon repeatedly despite the reception being aware of a check out.

Firstly, you need to be very sure about which building it is as there are a few buildings in this establishment, one of it being the Swissotel. The main facilities and reception is at Swissotel. A buggy will bring you to the other building. Directions are also not very clear so the drivers were confused. Our building was G- Gardenia. It was a 3 bedded apartment. Pros: - very spacious living room and kitchen with dining. - common balcony for living room and one room -all rooms had attached bathrooms. There was another common one near the kitchen. -about 20 mins walk to Dubai mall. -there was a 24 hours big supermarket and pharmacy right below. -we were not facing the Burj and roads so it was quiet -cutleries and utensils were all provided -they have an in house nurse who came promptly followed by the doctor too. Cons: -house keeping was a disaster. Even though it was daily, they kept forgetting to change things like towels, bath mats. They forgot to give us water on a few days. -reception is not very friendly and helpful. When we asked about the forgotten water, they insisted that only 4 bottles would be given even if they are 6 guests. Ridiculous. -some mugs were chipped and cracked -no dish washing detergent and no laundry detergent -we had to wait forever for the buggy such that we rather walk - concierge not friendly. Asked for a taxi to the airport and the guy was unsure how to navigate the careem app. Their driver was not around. We were delayed because of that.

Lovely team at check in at Swiss Hotel, but had to get a golf cart around the corner to the correct Al Murooj check in, then again on to the Lavender building, they kindly gave me a 2 bed upgrade from a one bed, the location is probably the best in Dubai, I know the complex well. Huge apartment, lovely clean beds, and great to have a full kitchen and washer/tumble dryer. Good WiFi and appreciated the bottled water. Bathroom needs maintenance as the plugs in the bath didn't work(reported but not fixed) and although large en suites, a bit tired. Overall I loved my stay as have friends nearby, Lambos late at night on the main road were a pain, but the Dubai police should deal with that, I was on the 4th Floor. I will be back though.....great price and worth it to have such a big apartment, walk to both DIFC mall (brekkie options and lovely ac) and the main Dubai Mall. location location location.....

Dubai convenient stop over

It was just one night to break our flight to London . Unfortunately there was a bit of confusion on which building we were staying in . I would still recommend this hotel . This was the third time I had booked here

Desapontante

A experiência foi decepcionante! Muito diferente do que estou habituado no Dubai! Os apartamentos estão mal cuidados! Muita ferrugem nos acessórios da casa de banho. Os itens da cozinha como facas, frigideiras e panelas muito gastos e totalmente queimados. Não tinha água quente no banheiro da suíte master.

A full apartment in Downtown Dubai

Not the typical hotel. we stayed at a 3 bedrooms and 4 &1/2 bathrooms apartment with full kitchen, laundry, spacious living-room, diner-room, perfect for a big family. The apartment was in very good conditions and very clean. It is located walking distance from Dubai Mall, in the downtown. There are restaurants, pharmacy and a 24 hours open market in the block so you can buy food to cook or things you forgot at home. Excellent location. Pool is open until 8 pm, gym until 11 pm. Service is good and people are very kind. The only thing I did not like it is was very expensive but good things are pricy.

Séjour mitiger

J'ai  passé 6 nuits  dans cet apparthôtel. Appartement de grande taille bon lit, belle double salle de bain plus un toilette séparé une baignoire bien profonde belle salle à manger manque un beau tableau de Dubaï,  grand cuisine .Propreté  juste .Personnel a  l'accueil aimable et bâtiment lavender .Très bon petit déjeuner varié et serveur sympa .Très proche du Mall et des fontaine en traversant le Mall et la burj kalifa point négatif :  Les photos sur les site de réservations ne corresponde pas à la réalité les photos correspond à l'hôtel Swissôtel Al Murooj  et non au roda al murooj.Éviter chambre côté rue un peu bruyant isolation fenêtre un peu  juste malgré qu'on soit un peu en retrait juste en face de 2 grandes routes et au dessus d'un restaurant .Dommage que le petit déjeuner,la piscine et la salle de sport  soit dans un autre bâtiment il faut se déplacer à chaque fois bâtiment lavender vue les photos je pensais que tous était au même endroit comme les autres hotel heureusement qu'il  fait  toujours beau.il a fallu 3 jours pour changer un simple bouchon de baignoire qui était pas le bon. Seul intérêt de cette résidence hotel ses sont emplacement.
