"Las camas no son muy cómodas, las instalaciones no son las más bonitas, aunque la propiedad está en un área tranquila, sin ruidos. se puede descansar por lo menos con tranquilidad, la mejor ventaja es que tiene acceso a muchos estacionamientos, es una característica buena, ya que en Europa es difícil encontrar propiedades con estacionamientos propios, así que si rentas un auto es fabuloso y el centro de Porto queda a 20 minutos en carro."

"Went with my husband for a night. Due to flight delays we arrived around 1 am at the hotel and we had to walk around buildings, with all our luggage, because the main building as locked. What?? Check-in in one building and then return to the main one. The amenities were very poor. Just a shower gel and a body cream. "Very hard to get to the location.. GPS had the location in the wrong place, NO street parking… limited property parking…. Room, staff were great, clean, fresh and new… Just poor location…."

"We booked the park Hotel for one night due to an early morning flight the next day. We arrived at the hotel before check in time. However, the staff were helpful and stored our luggage for us so we could have one more day in Porto. There is a metro stop a couple of blocks away for easy access to Porto. AND we were able to easily walk to the airport from the hotel even with our luggage the next morning."

"Modern hotel with old fashioned great service. From being picked up at the airport (included) arrival at hotel, and personally shown to your room, you can't ask for a better welcome. The room was very well equiped with modern facilities, thoughtfully positioned. Very quiet despite being next to a busy road, as was the air con. "Cons 1. Hairdryer was jammed when we checked in & the head had to be replaced as it was inoperable due to hair jammed into the head of the hairdryer. 2. The website says air-conditioned rooms but staff informed they are air cooled.The first night was very sweaty & uncomfortable to get sleep. Staff asked us to open the window for ventilation.This wasn't an option as this overlooks a highway & lot of traffic noise. 3. The hotel is located in Gais & requires Bolt & Uber for any Porto related...
