This immaculate estate includes a full working gourmet kitchen, with all necessities to cook if you wish. Enjoy the huge living room, den, breakfast bar and a stunning turret room upon entry into the house. Your stay includes fresh clean sheets, towels, shampoo, coffee, etc. Often times we even leave you snacks!


Wedding Rental packages available with a 3 night minimum stay, as well as an additional guest facilities fee. Additional features include: Fine Dining or Picnic Style Catering and Prop Rentals to make you extra day special. Perfect for wedding rehearsals also. By renting this facility for 3 days, you have the ability to host the rehearsal dinner / party Friday, the wedding ceremony on Saturday and Sunday Brunch all inclusive with the 3 day rental price. No need for all of your bridesmaids and groomsmen to rent additional hotel rooms. There is tons of sleeping room.

You have access to the complete house, attached garage, all 10+ acres and ponds for fishing. Code access to the electronic gate given upon booking. Pull your family or friends up to the gate - punch in the security code- and watch it automatically open to let you into this huge estate.

Guests are also given the option of discounted catering services and/ or a discount at a nearby fine dining restaurant. Owners live nearby and will be available for any questions during your stay.

This 4 bedroom house easily accommodates up to 12+ guests. If you are looking for more space there are two couches in the common spaces and 3 rollaway beds that can be added to accommodate 16 guests for an additional charge.

We were invited to a family wedding in Indiana PA. If we had seen the property of the Vrbo prior to the wedding, I think we would’ve had the wedding there the state was amazing clean well stocked. Communication for me is key and I was very happily surprised!

Big place worked well for our group - back in PA for a family reunion type trip. The weather could have been nicer but not much could be done for that. Josh was an easy communicator and very helpful as we made changes. I would definitely stay there again if I ever am back in Punxsutawney

My extended family (6 adults and 4 kids) came to Punxatawney for our annual Christmas in July get together. Josh's house was a great place for us all - plenty of space, great yard for the kids. We cooked all our meals on-site. Had a great weekend hanging out together, and Josh stopped by one evening to visit - super nice guy!

The pictures of this rental does not do it justice, it is beautiful and very clean. The house was equipped with basically anything you would need. We did have wood delivered as we wanted to enjoy the family room fireplace, which made our stay that much more enjoyable. 5 adults 4 children and never once did it feel like we were on top of each other. The owner was very responsive on any questions we had and even with a small family hiccup he was caring and understanding. I would recommend this rental to anyone wanting a great home that is relaxing and very peaceful. 5 Stars across the board.

We needed a large house with room for 11 people. This had that and so much more! We enjoyed fishing, using the paddleboat, and playing frisbee in the huge yard. There were plenty of linens and the kitchen was well-stocked. Communication with the owner was super quick and helpful. Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

This is an unique home that was perfect for my large family to stay to together during a wedding instead of renting hotel rooms. The bride and bridesmaids got ready together in the home before the wedding. The host was helpful during our stay and ensured the fountains were on for bridal party photos. We had a great weekend!

I would summarize by saying that we would stay again . It did seem who ever stayed last there did not clean after themselves as far as the kitchen utensils, glasses , and pans !!! Other than that it was a fine property ! Pretty setting ! Ease of access and use of appliances !

First and foremost Josh is amazing. He had a serious family emergency and still was extremely helpful. Second the house is just so cool. It has enough modern updates that complement a unique classic design. Third it’s as advertised and then some. Lots of beds to sleep on and extremely clean. Finally if you’re looking for a property that’s large, with lots of land, and out in the country this is the place.
