The unit we stayed was clean, spacious and had a full kitchen. TV was very good; and the outdoor space with bbq and firepit was great. Very quiet and peaceful. Great proximity to the Silver golf course. Check-in was a nightmare. I had to call the 1 800 line to get a code to get in to the lockbox. As you can imagine when you call a 1 800 line you wait and wait for hours. Just brutal. At some point I thought that we would not get the keys to our unit.

I needed a hotel room and used Expedia because I wasn't familiar with hotels available. The price implied a great reasonable room. I received multiple emails with the same instructions and a separate attachment which was too small to read, but wouldn't enlarge. Arrival was no earlier than 4 with office open til 5. Office was closed and lock box required code. It took 7 attempts to reach listed number, leaving call back requests...which never occurred. Three calls to management firm resulted in an enlarged text to repeat the original info. I received a code. It took over 1 1/2 hours to get keys. The "hotel" was one of many townhouses. The inside was straight from the 60's "no tell hotel". No shampoo. Coffee pot with no coffee. Soap was smaller than my thumb. Had i wanted a cabin in a state forest, I would have been OK. Had to buy bug spray for several flying insects in room. Coffee filter, dish soap, paper towels, etc all were "extra". Very rural, isolated when needed to return to buy needed food and tolietries.

It was quite and loved the view out our balcony. Very clean. The only thing I didn’t like was the beds felt like sleeping on boards.

Què no li ha agradat: Entrada, comunicació
The beds were absolutely terrible. Couldn't get a good night's sleep. People were doing fires right outside that smoked everybody out. Overall. Just disappointed. Check-In was terrible. Expedia said that the check-in hours were till 5:00 on Friday, which is incorrect. It's 4:00 . Therefore, we could not get our key and had to contact the after-hour person(who was great)who talked to the host to try to get our keys which took over an hour to get that taken care of and then they would not let us stay an hour later. Plus you have to return the keys to drop off box by 10:00. Not be out of the place at 10:00 and it is 10 minutes away from the Dropbox by car. This was supposed to be a peaceful break which turned out to be extremely stressful. The nice part is that they did have free roaming deer that have babies which was nice to see.
