Step into 30 West · The View, a bright and stylish suite overlooking downtown Du Quoin. Wake up to sunlight streaming through large windows and enjoy being just blocks away from the Fairgrounds, cafés, and shops. Whether you’re here for the State Fair, exploring the wine trail, working remotely, or a quiet getaway, The View offers a light-filled space designed for comfort and convenience.

Space comfortably fits 2 adults but can accommodate an additional 2 children or 2 adults on futon sofa. Maximum 4 adults per room (more than 2 incur an additional charge of $15/person/nights stay.)

At 30 West, we’ve created a space that’s cozy, welcoming, and just steps from everything Du Quoin has to offer. You’ll have everything you need to feel right at home.

Great location and very cool place! We loved the very homey atmosphere. The apartment is historical yet modern at the same time! Location is great next to several restaurants, bars etc. they are all with in walking distance. Bed was fantastic! Slept great! Brought our newly adopted dog. It was very clean and inviting. We really enjoyed how clean, and nice the room is. You’re able to walk to eat, get your hair or nails, done. It was a convenient place for us to stay! We’d love to stay here again when we come back in June!

Great Place

We were in the area for a wedding in Percy. This apartment & downtown location in DuQuion was prefect for us. There was a mix-up on the entry code, but Alexis got back to us quickly and all was well. I would recommend eating at Alongi's Italian Restaurant. It's just a few doors down from the apartment. Food was great and if you're a Cardinal fan, you'll have fun looking at the wall pictures. We highly recommend this VRBO and will book again if we are ever back in this area.

Hidden gem

Lovely place. The bare brick walls were amazing. Had all conveniences that I needed. Had minor set up problems but were taken care of in a timely manner. Only suggestion - even though there’s a key pad at street level, I think a door with a peep hole would be nice. Thank you!

I was very pleased with this apartment. It was beautiful and very handy for my eclipse needs. I thought the pictures of it didn't do it justice! It was quiet and had everything I needed. The only drawback was the long staircase to get up there with my luggage, but I managed. I brought some soap and shampoo for my showers and needed them.

Du Quoin fir Street Machines car show

This whole process was stellar! The owner was very courteous and responded quickly to any questions I had. The apartment was exactly as pictured. Very nice and clean. Very cozy. The best part was it is right on the main drag. We were able to walk around and exolore the town. Then able to sit on the sidewalk right outside to watch the cruisers at night. We ate at 3 of the restaurants near there and they were all great! Every single person in this town was friendly. We will DEFINITELY be back!!! 11/10 stars!!

Holiday Lights

Downtown Du Quoin was decorated for the holidays. I enjoyed the decorations from the living room windows and had a lovely dinner at Alongi's restaurant. The restaurant is within walking distance from the apartment.
