"The property was quiet, clean and beautiful. The river was so amazing. My son was out fly fishing the night we got in. A perfect place to unwind after running around in Missoula. Loved it. "

"This historic home was a delight for our family and pets. The property is well kept and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend in Philipsburg. The yard was wonderful, though the fence was a little short and we worried our dogs might leap and chase after the deer that frequent the neighborhood. The views are expansive and the property felt very private.The owner and property manager were very responsive and communication was easy."

"Nice property, loved the view and decor, comfortable beds and plenty of space. Dishes were minimal, especially some salad size plates, also used to having some plastic storage bags provided. "

"Great bus tour of the town of Anaconda and nearby is Phillipsburg - Deer Lodge - Wisdom - Big Hole National Battlefield. Great views, good food. As we were all older the many steps (some without handrails) were not our favorite. Unfortunately, the fireplace did not work and there was trash in the garage and a few things left under beds and in the tub, etc. But, the owner was great about answering messages. Bring your own washcloths and no modest people in the main upstairs bath as the best...

"We enjoyed the rustic cabin stay - very quiet there. Easy access to hiking although we had not brought tick and bear spray so would for next time. Would definitely stay again. Nice to have a bit of yard so the dogs could be off leash. Would have liked to have stayed longer. Never turned on the tv, enjoyed visiting Phillipsburg, the entire area is beautiful. "
