Gin Mill on Drummond Island

This 1100 square foot home has 1 bedroom and 1 bath on the main floor, plus an open loft with extra beds for a total sleeping capacity of 8 people. Tucked away in a quiet area on the South side of the island, this home has fantastic views of Lake Huron, allowing you to relax and enjoy the Island to its fullest.

This home was built in 2004 and has several finishes that were used from natural resources right on the home's property, such as the stair railings and beds, which were made from cedar trees that were cleared when making room for the home. The wood-burning fireplace is faced with rocks that were handpicked from the shoreline, and the mantle is made from reclaimed wood.

The property has 100 feet of shore frontage with wide open views of the lake. You can enjoy the passing of freighters right from the shore or while out exploring in the 2 kayaks that are included. The fire pit area is also located close to the water.

Jeeps, Side by Sides and ATVs are welcome, however you must trailer SxSs and ATVs to the trailheads since they are not permitted on M134/Channel Road.

The stay on Drummond Island was amazing! The Gin Mill was the perfect location for us. A drive off the beaten path. With a tunnel and wildlife to be seen. Our lastnight we came across something we never expected to see a MOOSE!! Talk about a chance in a lifetime. Timing is everything! The Gin Mill was 100% what they said it was. The view was amazing! Definitely will vist again.
