This neighbourhood is located close to downtown and right next to the river! You can get to the Valleys famous brewery and all of our main attractions in either a 20-minute walk or 5-minute drive!



Getting Around:

There is parking for a vehicle on the street and in the driveway! However, most of Drumheller's attractions and downtown are within walking distance or a quick drive!

We understand that accidents can happen during your stay, and we want to ensure that both you and the property are protected.

For your peace of mind, we offer two options:

1) Non-refundable Damage Waiver: For a small fee, this waiver covers accidental damages (up to $250) during your stay.

2) Refundable Safety Deposit: A credit card hold, that will be refunded upon a successful property inspection after your stay.

These options will be presented to you through our Guest App after booking.

House was nice. Location was great. Reasonably clean. Would have been a great place to stay if it weren't for the two noise complaints we supposedly received. I'm pregnant and have a 16 month old child. I stayed here with my immediate family, parents and sister. I received a message from the host around 8pm saying that they'd received a noise alert. Host was polite but we were a little confused. We played some music over dinner but it was pretty quiet as my 16 month old has sensitive little ears. We put my son down to sleep around 8pm and made virtually no noise following that. I then received a call after 11pm which woke me up to tell me that they had received another noise alert. Everyone in the house had been asleep for more than an hour. It made no sense. Again, host was polite but being woken up to be told to be quiet is ridiculous. It had to have been some sort of mistake. Even the first alert made very little sense. Not sure what happened but I hope they figure it out. Clearly wires were crossed somewhere.

Great location with lots of room for sleeping. The hanging chairs are cool. I appreciated the roll-out cots available. Great communication from the managers. The oven wasn't working, but they apologized and said they would look to fix. Lots of linens but the towels were the scratchy kind you get at hotel pools.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very clean. Great beds and bedding. well-supplied kitchen. My grandkids enjoyed the hot tub. My only recommendation for improvement is we needed a place to hang damp towels. We were a party of 6 adults and 3 children and there was ample room.

Family get together

The property was large enough to accomodate our family for sleeping. There was a lack of seating for meals, only 6 chairs and a small table.The property could use some TLC , a deep clean (inside and out) and some minor repairs.Overall, everyone had an enjoyable weekend.

Disappointed

Pros - internet was great, location excellent, 3 tvs, 4 bedrooms, technically can accommodate 14 but we had 8 adults and 6 kids so it was cozy, 2 washers and dryers on site, bedrooms were clean, bathrooms were clean, had lots of dishes and cutlery for 14 Cons - lawn was 6-8 inches high upon arrival, bbq lid was broken and dangerous, outside seating area very dirty with dust webs covering siding, lights and a/c, only 6 chairs in dining area, no fan in d/s bathroom, air return vents very dirty, had a problem with plugged toilet and got no assistance so fixed it myself

Family & Friends Vacation Perfection

Eight of us stayed at this rental (four of us and another family of four) and it was perfect for our needs. We travelled from Michigan to see the Royal Tyrell Museum (and all other things dinosaur in Drumheller) and the house was in a perfect location. Being right next to the river and a playground provided immediate entertainment for our kids. And the living spaces were ideal for all of us to hang out. The beds were comfy and there were plenty of towels. There was an odd fly issue but the rental company were quick to address it. We'd definitely stay here again!

Very disappointed

After happy many years of using VRBO this is by far the most disappointing experience we have had. The house is advertised as having A/C but the ancient outdated A/C unit could not get the temperature below 28 degrees - most people had bad sleeps as a result and multiple people actually left a day earlier than planned to drive home. The coffee maker did not work, there were no dishwasher detergent pods, the freezer was dirty, the bedside lamp in one bedroom was missing the lightbulb, there was no handtowel in downstairs bathroom, and there were bits of garbage strewn around the front lawn. For the price being charged this property was certainly not as advertised at all. Very disappointing

It was a great location with a large backyard and firepit. Organized it for a guy's golf trip and everyone enjoyed the house and the location. Highly recommend.
