Please note that while you enjoy the upper suite, there is a tenant residing in the basement suite. Rest assured, you will have complete privacy during your stay; the upper suite has its own separate entry, and there are no shared areas in the home.

Street parking is conveniently available directly in front of the property for your use. In the event that you have more than one vehicle, we kindly ask that you park any additional vehicles across the street to ensure that access to the neighboring homes remains unobstructed.

As for the outdoor spaces, we invite you to make full use of the front yard, which is yours to enjoy during your stay. However, please note that the backyard is designated as off-limits for guest use.
