"Gillian's apartment was the perfect base for us exploring Cork County, the beautiful Copper Coast and the magnificent Rock of Cashel. Parking is ample and safe, and the apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with EVERYTHING we needed to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen has all you need to make meals (we made our breakfast everyday before hitting the road, and a.couple of dinners too). Thank you Gillian for hosting us. "Check in details and arrangements were excellent and our host responded to all communication speedily and helpfully. The location of the accommodation is excellent - a really beautifully part of County Cork with endless walking possibilities by the coastline. "We had a lovely stay at the cottage for 1 week in November. The same parking spot right outside the door of the cottage was always there for us. There was COMPLETE silence even though it is in the town centre. Local takeouts are closeby, within walking distance, also groceries, pharmacy ,cafes etc and by walking distance i mean within 5 mins, at a leisurely pace. Lismore is an extremely quiet town. "Highly recommend. Great little prefab cabin. All as advertised. 30 min. to Cork or Wsterford. Excellent for a weekend or a week. Studio size w bedroom, en suite, kitchen/dining/living combo. Private outdoor area. Cormac was a friendly host. Quick drive or short walk to beach. Ballymaloe Culinary School w. Farm and Gardens less than 10 mins drive. Nice pub in village - the Goalpost. "The cottage was exactly as described! It was clean, everything was in good working order and the garden was just lovely. The property manager was quick to respond to questions and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Beautiful walks in the forest and quaint little village. Just be aware that the only shop closes at 7 pm."

"Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The house is big and accommodating, everything you could need is there. It's in a nice area surrounded by nature and incredibly quiet... Apart from a background noise from the stream that runs close by. The area looks good for fishing as there is a lot of rivers / streams and private fisheries nearby. The hosts were great and made a point of coming to talk to me when id arrived. I do plan on booking again. Highly recommend."
