"Great location and interesting layout in this historic house. It was the perfect respite for our stay before our puffin tour the next day and close to town for a concert on the common and restaurants. Note : to access one of the bedrooms you need to go through the bathroom, but it worked out fine. Dmitri was super communicative and was kind enough to let us know we left a pair of shoes there after we departed. "An idyllic stay at a property that was delightful, from the views to the overall comfort, and was well and amply stocked with thoughtful amenities. The location is great, in terms of proximity to Damariscotta and environs, but one also feels worlds away from the hustle and bustle of summer tourists. The kayaks were fun, as was looking for animals in the water at low tide. A true haven of a rental that was much appreciated!"

"Six of us stayed at Sea Eagle and enjoyed every minute of this well appointed and thoughtfully decorated house. If you are considering Boothbay, I highly recommend. The location can’t be beat, the house has everything you need to include comfy beds and nice linens, plenty of places to enjoy the company of others or enjoy some solitude. It really is a gem. "Everything about our stay was fantastic. We really enjoyed the views, kayaking on the lake, seeing the stars, and listening to the loons. The location is perfect...close to the town, beaches, and trails, but also quietly secluded for that perfect peaceful getaway. The house was extremely clean, inviting, and comfortable. Wendy was a very generous and gracious host and made sure our stay was special. We can't wait to visit again"
