    Enjoy private access to the entire basement apartment, including all three bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry area, and exclusive-use patio with fire pit.

    One designated parking space is included on the right side of the driveway, directly in front of the stairs.

    IMPORTANT: The main floor is a separate rental unit that may be occupied by other guests. Your basement apartment has a private entrance and private indoor living spaces, but you may occasionally hear normal household activity upstairs.

    ★ IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES

    We want everyone to enjoy a comfortable, safe, and peaceful stay. Please review these rules before booking.

    ★ CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

    • Check-in: After 3:00 PM
    • Check-out: By 11:00 AM
    • Early check-in and late check-out require advance approval and depend on cleaning availability.
    • Unauthorized early access or late departure may result in applicable additional charges.

    ★ QUIET HOURS: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

    Please keep conversations, television, movies, and music at a considerate volume at all times, especially during quiet hours.

    ★ PARKING

    One designated driveway space is provided. Additional vehicles must use legally permitted street parking.

    Do not block mailboxes, fire hydrants, neighboring driveways, or restricted parking areas.

    ★ MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: 8 GUESTS

    Only registered and approved guests may stay overnight. Visitors require prior approval, and the maximum overnight occupancy of eight guests cannot be exceeded.

    ★ NO PARTIES OR EVENTS

    Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited.

    Violations may result in action under the reservation terms and applicable platform policies.

    ★ NO SMOKING, VAPING, OR ILLEGAL DRUGS

    Smoking, vaping, and illegal drug use are prohibited anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas.

    Guests may be responsible for documented cleaning, odor removal, and damages. Smoking-related charges may reach $1,000 where properly disclosed and legally permitted.

    ★ NO PETS

    Pets are not permitted. Service animals are handled in accordance with applicable laws and platform policies.

    ★ NOISE & NEIGHBORS

    Please respect the neighbors and guests staying in the upstairs unit.

    Excessive noise or disturbances are prohibited and may result in action consistent with reservation terms and applicable policies.

    ★ KITCHEN & DISHES

    Please remove leftover food and place used dishes in the dishwasher before check-out. Our cleaning team will run it.

    ★ PRIVATE & LOCKED AREAS

    Three clearly marked, locked doors are not available for guest use:

    • First door on the right in the first hallway
    • Door directly opposite the toilet
    • Door next to the bedroom with two Queen beds

    Please do not attempt to open these doors.

This location is one of the best I’ve stayed in the Salt Lake area. Full lower basement property three bedrooms plenty of room to sleep 8 people comfortably. Price and location can’t be beat. Definitely going to stay there. I’m sure several times throughout the years.

Great property. Very clean and well stocked. Be warned that one parking spot is reserved but additional parking is a bit limited. Also, the sounds from upstairs are very audible during the day. It wasn't a problem for us but if you need absolute silence during the day you shouldn't book a downstairs unit.

Clean, comfortable, lots of space. Great layout. It is located below the top level of a home with a family living there. You can hear kids running every now and then, it didn’t bother us. Host is super friendly and all very kind, easy to contact. Located in a great neighborhood with places to shop and eat close by. Kitchen is great to cook in.

Wonderful place to stay.

The property was exactly as described. The unit was very clean and the location was amazing. The beds were extremely comfortable. Open floor plan. They have thought of everything to make you comfortable. The owners communicated with us very timely from the date of booking until we checked out. The best place we have stayed over our years of travel.

The property was nicely decorated and clean. The location was perfect for my needs. My only complaint was the noise level. This is a basement apartment (which I knew going in) with woefully insufficient soundproofing between the basement and the first floor of the house. Every step, every child's cry, every conversation (not words, necessarily, but voices), every alarm, every toilet flush, and even the Alexa was heard.

There were many thoughtful touches at this property. The apartment was clean, there were shower toiletries and other bathroom amenities (including what looked like a bidet to the side of the toilet). The WiFi log-on instructions were prominently displayed, there were welcome snacks, a first aid kit (which we were glad to leave intact for the next guests). The beds are comfortable. The temperature was pleasant. The kitchen has many things to make a meal with, but isn't as fully stocked as my home kitchen. When we discovered the Alexa, my daughter asked it to play Baby Shark (she should know better). There are televisions in every room. It made a good place for us to stay and get around to our various locations in the valley. We would stay there again happily.

Excellent Place to Stay for our Family Trip

The basement apartment was just as described. Loved how it had direct access from outside the home just next to the driveway and the check in process was super easy. Communication with property owner was instant and agreeable. Upon entering what we first look for is cleanliness and we were very impressed how clean everything was. Not only the floors but counters, sinks, bathrooms, seats, etc were all quite clean. It was all very well appointed with things you need like paper towels, tissues, soap, water bottles, and the little display of snacks were a hit with my kids. It had lots of personal touches as well that really made it feel very inviting. It had plenty of room for our family of 4 and could have easily accommodated 2-4 more people. We used 2 of the available 3 bedrooms. While we did not cook in the unit, it has a stove, fridge, microwave, toaster and more. Its well located near nearby supermarket and restaurants and a short drive to Brighton which is where we spent a majority of our trip. We did have one request for the owner during our stay and i sent a message and within a minute they responded and accommodated our request. I really appreciate a property owner who seems to take pride in their space and not short change the experience. Overall this would 100% be the place we would look to stay at again for our annual trip to Brighton.
