Come and relax in our villa with private pool in a quiet area, close to the city center (3 minutes by car) and all amenities. 20 minutes from the train station Les Arcs-Draguignan. You can enjoy the beauty of the Var country, the villa being 35 minutes from the beaches of Fréjus, Saint-Raphaël, Sainte-Maxime and Saint-Tropez. The Verdon Gorges are less than an hour's drive away.

With its covered terrace, you can have lunch facing the pool in a very green and peaceful environment.

House of 125 m2 composed of a beautiful living room of more than 40 m2, a fully equipped and open kitchen. Two bedrooms on the first floor and a bathroom as well as a separate toilet.

Upstairs, a master bedroom.

All bedrooms have their large wardrobe.

The house has 3 terraces so that everyone can choose their place to relax.

The house is composed as follows:

First floor:
A living room of more than 40 m2 with living room, fireplace, sofa and armchairs, TV and dining room.
An open kitchen on both sides, fully equipped with gas hob, oven, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, toaster, coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine, various appliances and accessories. Dishes and cutlery and all the equipment for cooking.
Steam generator and ironing board. Vacuum cleaner.

Bedroom 1: a double bed 140x200 with shower room and large wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: two single beds of 80x200 that can be joined to make a double bed, air conditioning and large wardrobe.

Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
All swimming is under the supervision and responsibility of a parent or of an adult.
End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of the accommodation for future visitors as well as laundry. This will be charged 150 euros. You will have to pay the cleaning costs directly to the person who will do the inventory of fixtures. Please leave the accommodation in a correct condition and clean all appliances after use.
