"Very nice house to use as a base for a Doylestown wedding. Nothing fancy, but we weren't there that much. Very clean, comfortable and quiet with a nice kitchen. Great AC! The one problem was the entrance--It was very hard to find even when we knew it was hidden. Also it was hard to get out on the very busy road--visibility from the driveway to the road was obscured even for a right turn."

"if your staying here for a day or a week, this is it!! everything was perfect to a tee from the location to cleaniness. Jerry has a well kept place and provides excellent communication for anything you may need during your trip. the place smells so good too!!! that i ran to the store to buy all the ones in his vrbo! lol ...thank you again and again!"

"We stayed at Tom and Sharon’s river house for a bachelorette trip and loved the views and quaint house. We commented many times that we felt like we were on a river cruise! Tom was very quick to respond and accommodating leading up to our trip, but we were slightly confused by the check in process as we received a code for the door but also instructions telling us to come to the front porch to get a key and instructions of how to get to the property. "We booked this stay after a last minute cancellation and it was perfect for our group! It was close to the expo center so it was awesome! The parking situation was a little iffy, there were two nights we had to park at the church nearby since all the spots were full, but it wasn’t horrible. Proceed with caution when walking down towards the house, the gravel walkway was a little slippery due to the rain, but the owner did warn us about it!! I would book again. "

"This location was great for our small crew of kayakers and eBikers. There were plenty of places to drop in kayaks along the river, and the eBike trail at the end of the driveway went for many, many miles.Stuart was very helpful and quickly answered all of our questions. The gardens were beautiful, and great to hang out by the fire when night time came."

"New Hope was so fun for the weekend and this place was perfect! Really great walkable location although nice and quiet at night. Beds were cozy. Living room was okay cozy wise doesn’t have a true couch. But still 5 stars and would return! "

"Property was spacious and clean, with plenty of toys and stuff to keep kids amused. Kitchen was reasonably well stocked, although we did not use it except for breakfast. David was helpful and very responsive to any questions we had.We would recommend a larger coffee pot and nicer pillows, but otherwise no complaints."

"We had a great stay at this property, and it worked really well for our family gathering. David, the Host, was incredibly responsive, and the check-in/check-out process could not have been easier.
