"I had a king suite on the 3rd floor and the room was excellent. Breakfast was typical breakfast for a hotel. Pool was excellent and rooms were clean and comfortable bed."

"The unit was smaller than expected. We were only there one night, so we made it work. The whole place was sloped, which was concerning. The floors were dirty, and you could tell they clean around the furniture. The breakfast bar was decent, but low stock. I noticed staff were frequently having to refill everything. "Loud, no amenities, not even coffee. Last resort type place."

"We stayed there for one night and the people in the room next to us were fighting heavily. They were banging things around, hitting each other, cussing, slamming their door over and over again and screaming outside. This went on for about 2 hours midnight- 2am and we called the after hours telephone number and they did not answer. We ended up having to the call the cops. Other then that it would’ve be fine, but this place was unfortunately unresponsive."

"Was honestly very disappointed with the stay. Spider webs everywhere. Looked clean but clearly the room had not been booked in a while since spider webs were everywhere. No staff on site which was odd & I have never been to a hotel with no hair dryer. The fridge was making all sorts of loud noises so it was hard to sleep. "Our room and bathroom were nice and very clean but rather small, with little place to put our stuff. We had one queen bed with two night stands with built-in USB and AC sockets (very convenient!) and two lamps above them. There was also a small table with two chairs, but it was a bit dark there because there were no other lamps in the room. "The rooms were awful old dirty, and little, we tried to upgrade room but bc we booked through Expedia they did not let us. Felt like we got the oldest and smallest rooms just bc we booked through Expedia. The whole resort is old and falling apart. The boardwalk to beach is falling apart old pallets used as part of walkway. Overall the place needs a good renovation."
