"Had the worst experience I've had in a hotel. They claim to be family and pet friendly. Pets are only allowed on the second floor, which is under renovation. Noise levels and chemical fumes are intolerable. We were traveling with a child with disabilities, who cannot be exposed to chemical fumes. When asked to be moved to a different floor we were told they couldn't accommodate us because we had a pet. We were given the option to "check out." We checked out around 6pm. The manager never reached...

"Our cabin was near a drainage ditch. The woods weren’t very dense, there was a strange smell, and ants were crawling around inside the cabin."

"The location was clean and inviting. The pool was smaller than precieved on the website lol but still clean and comforting... the staff was kind and helpful and funny... (love the week day morning lady that has been there for 17 years... she is cool!) Definitely will be back.... PLUS there is a texas shaped waffle iron in the breakfast room!!!!! Awesome.. and the batter was yummy as well... thank yall for the awesome mini vay-cay... Buuuuut.... the wifi did not work the entire time we...

"On a positive note, the property is clean and well looked after.However, the breakfast area was full of noisy fans and had limited seating due to a recent water leak. The bar was not open due to staffing and the hotel had few amenities. Breakfast menu was very limited and affected by the leak in the ceiling. Staff were somewhat helpful, but didn’t offer a welcoming vibe. Rooms were dated and not very functional."

"The room was clean, the shower had good water flow, and the kitchen with refrigerator was nice to have. The I didn't like that the window only had sheer curtains in the center and would not block the sun light."

"Stayed in room with a king size bed. The room was very spacious allowing for two accent chairs, one with a pop-out foot rest. Loved that the floors were laminate/ vinyl flooring rather than carpet. Very clean. Good breakfast. Nice indoor pool area."

"The property is dated and not well maintained. As soon we walked in their was a musty/mildew smell. That smell followed throughout the entire hotel. Check-in was longer than expected, the front desk person was distracted and forgetful. The room was tidy but cleanliness was not great. Mold in the shower, dust everywhere and of course the musty/mildew smell. "PLEASE ADVISE BEFORE BOOKING Unfortunately, our stay was not a good experience. When we arrived, the entire building felt extremely hot and stuffy. The AC unit in our room was turned completely off, and with 90-degree weather outside, the room was unbearable. It took about three hours before it finally cooled down enough to be comfortable. Cleanliness was also disappointing. We saw two baby roaches during our stay, there was rust all around the sink area, and overall the room just did not feel...
