"The host was very pleasant and quite thorough in explaining on the nuances of the property. Other guests were quiet although I was only there the one night while visiting family. The room and other amenities were clean. There are pretty gardens throughout the property as well. Note that there is only the bottom sheet and comforter on the bed and no top sheet, in addition although there are california shutters on the lower part of the window, but the 5 am sun lights the room up in the morning...

"This place is disgusting and run down. $200+ USD per night for what? A closet sized room that’s hot and stuffy, has no available plug ins so you have to decide whether to charge your phone, use the $5 Walmart fan they provide, watch tv, or use the fridge. You don’t dare try to do all at once. We had to fix the shower head as it’s crusted and falling off. The whole place wreaks of cigarettes. It’s on top of a Mexican night club so the whole building is loud and shaking all night. This is a dollar...

"Good location, with prompt messaging from the owner. A couple of silverfish in the washroom, however clean property otherwise.
Personally had a bad experience with the other guests staying, they took 1-3 hours showering in the washroom, leaving a horrible mess. Did not respect the quiet hours, the walls are very thin. If you are looking to stay here, be mindful that there is only 1 washroom shared with 2 other guest rooms."
