"It took 2 hrs after check in to receive my rooms. The pool was dirty as well as the whirlpool was out of order. Some of the ice machines weren't working as well!!
The lounge had a musty smell to it. Never had this experience before, will not stay there again."

"Overall, nice facility. But the toilet ran on and off all night, which was disruptive to sleep. And there was dirty laundry under the chair in the room.
When I told the front desk about the issues, there was no effort to give us a new room or compensate for the annoyances."

"Excellent location just 5-10 minutes from Albany Airport, with a selection of shopping and dining close by.
Check-in process was easy enough, and the fellow at the desk was pleasant and helpful. I left too early to enjoy the complimentary breakfast, but I'm sure this is a value added amenity for most guests.
The hotel itself is getting a little threadbare and needs to be renovated. HVAC system in my room was clunky, technology was dated and the bathtub had some ground in stain."
