"Check in is scheduled for 4PM, which from my experience is late. On top of that, they charged an additional $25 for a 3PM check in and an extra $50 for a 2PM check in. That feels excessive. Directions to the parking garage and parking directions were't clear. I once did not enter the parking garage in the right way and was charged for parking. The hallway to the room was dark and did not meet photos provided.

"Room and lobby were very clean and well maintained for the hotel chain. The downstairs seating area was fantastic, and we loved being able to bring the dog and eat at the tables. Loved the free drinks and snacks at the front desk. Rooms we well designed and especially appreciated the benches to lay luggage. Breakfast was a little lacking if you want hot foods. Overall a great location in between campus, Main Street and Kerrytown."

"I'd never stayed in a setup like this but I found it worked well for my needs! It was less chaotic and offered more space and amenities than a traditional hotel. It was a nice central location in Ann Arbor but was nice and quiet. Anyone coming town for a Michigan game or other campus event would probably be comfortable here."

"These are just very basic rooms, small with no amenities, BUT very clean and comfortable. The owners were very friendly and helpful and the property was quiet. Very good value for the money. If you want to avoid high hotel costs, and you're just looking for is a place to shower and sleep, I highly recommend! Definitely will stay there again."

"The room was very spacious and we enjoyed the soaking tub. It appeared the room had not been cleaned in sometime. There was hair all over the bathroom, in the shower, around the toilet. There were nail clippings throughout the room, found on the carpet by the bed and other random spots on the carpet. For the price we paid for the room, I was expecting it to be better cleaned."

"The room had a musty smell. The toilet ran about every 3 minutes. My fridge did not work. The breakfast was inadequate. I went to Bob Evan's instead. The ice machine was broken. I was instructed to get ice at the hotel next door. The outdoor pool looked nice but didn't use it.
The price was super cheap. You get what you pay for. The location was very convenient for my needs. I wouldn't stay there again."

Only complaint i have is a couple of rust spots on the bathtub, the bottom of the bathroom door is rotting away and the toilet is not fastened to the floor. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay"

"Staff was AMAZING. Very kind, wonderful people! 10/10 on hospitality!
However - beds were very firm.. too firm, and not comfortable. This is my #1 complaint, as we were here for a basketball tournament and needed a comfy place to sleep.
It was pretty clean, but the bathtub needed a little extra love. Shower water felt slimy.
I probably would not stay again because what I look for is comfort."
