"I was pleasantly surprised by the rooms. The exterior and the common areas need some love but inside the rooms they are great. The most comfortable beds and a door to close out the living room. The rooms were clean and had everything you could want. I stayed here while my dad was in the hospital at BSA and it was a short drive to the hospital and which made it so nice after being at the hospital to be able to come back to a nice clean safe room and shut out the world. "We arrived to a broken sink and spent our entire stay trying to get it fixed. We made several requests, but the staff ignored us and never checked the room. When we asked for a refund or a room change through Expedia, the hotel lied and said they had already moved us to a different room. They refused to help or offer any solution for the inconvenience. Extremely unprofessional experience."
