"Check-in was so smooth. Very kind and courteous to us after a long day of travel in snow.. The room and bathroom were spotless. The beds were great. Because we checked in so late, they were gracious enough to give us a late checkout. It made all the difference in the world for us. The only issue I had was the toilets. "The gal at the desk for check in and check out was great! Great personality and efficient. This is a non-smoking hotel, and you all know how some people 'sneak smoke' thinking we won't notice, but there is a stale smell in the air? Not here!!!! The room and hallways smelled fresh! Woo hoo! Beds were comfy and the shower pressure was very good! Parking was easy. We would stay here again!"

"After hours check in was a little different. If you arrive after 4pm you text the phone number in your reservation and they give you your room assignment and code to get into your room. Pretty prompt in response time. Code did not work, so text back and new code was given with a few minutes. Love the concept and would choose a bigger room if I were staying longer.
