Welcome to your lakeside paradise! With only a 3-hour drive from Detroit or Chicago, this adorable lakefront rental home offers the perfect blend of serenity, comfort, and recreational opportunities for your dream getaway. This lakefront home is centrally located between Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, and Lansing with 5 acres of lawn and wooded area along Long Lake with easy access to Bristol Lake.

Waterfront Access: Access Long Lake boat launch with just a short walk. Access Bristol Lake with a short walk across the street and enjoy its private dock!
Outdoor Living: The property boasts a spacious deck/patio with outdoor seating, perfect for alfresco dining, barbecues, or simply lounging. In addition to a natural gas Weber grill, a pellet smoker and portable grills are also available by request.

Modern Amenities: This home is equipped with all the modern comforts you need for a memorable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, cable TV, a cozy fireplace, and comfortable bedding (including a Sleep Number and “hospital” adjustable bed). RV Hookups available at an additional cost.

Recreational Activities: Take advantage of outdoor toys like bicycles, kayaks, deluxe pontoon boat, captained direct drive ski boat, or 14’ motorized fishing boat. Some amenities are only available seasonally at an additional charge upon arrival. Complimentary use of lawn games and sporting equipment is also available for your entertainment.

During the winter months a snowmobile and 8 wheel Argo are available at an additional charge with some ice fishing gear. Most report the best ice fishing on Long Lake is right off the shoreline out the back door. Just stay in the house and watch the tip-ups!

Wonderful property with the best amenities we have had at a property in all our years. Every detail was thoughtful, unexpected and truly appreciated. When we are back in the area again for the tournment in years to come we will definitely book this property again if available.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house and all the amenities were exactly as listed, and Rob made it so easy to just show up and have a good time. Despite the colder weather, we were able to make good use of the large patio, fire pit, and golf cart (which was so handy for my physically limited FIL who wanted to go fishing). The kitchen was well stocked and clean. The bathrooms and bedrooms were also very clean and there were plenty of linens for our family of 6. We also appreciated the useful little extras like travel-sized toiletries and the fun bonuses like the oversized Jenga set.

Great location and house. Had kids and grandkids all together for a long weekend. House had plenty of room for everyone and the yard and deck was great for all kinds of activities. Everyone had a great time on the boat and water. Definitely recommend. All the little touches/amenities that the host adds goes above and beyond to make sure all your accommodations are fulfilled.

Everything we needed was in the house. We had no problem cooking for 8 people. We used the kayaks and life jackets. The 3 year old was beyond belief when he say the fire flys because he had only read about them in books. We had less than a 20 minute drive to visit the rest of the family who was camped out at Custer State Park. Definitely will visit again.

Perfect Family Get together

We get a place every year to get together with our adult kids. This place was fantastic. Easy check in process which we all appreciated since we arrived at different times. We cooked most of our meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. The lakes were perfect for boating and swimming. The host was easy to reach and very accommodating. We would highly recommend this property.

Fun filled family weekend

This was a wonderful home for the family to meetup at and spend a long weekend together.  The spacious backyard, fire pit, and large dining table for playing games provided more than enough room for family activities.  The best offering was the rentable pontoon boat where we could spend the day at will on Bristol Lake cruising, swimming, and tubing. The kids had a blast.  Rob was a great host, easy to communicate with, and made sure we had everything we needed as well as gave us a short tour of the lake to make sure we were familiar with everything.  The home was clean and comfortable, the area quiet and relaxing, and the lake was refreshing and serene.

Everything from the view, attention to detail, knowing what the guest wants, and the host were fantastic!! We had the pleasure of meeting the host, which was an awesome experience. Great stay

Great place, great host, laid back atmosphere, enough seating for all, even come welcome snacks (which was great because some of us forgot to eat lunch before arriving). We had a family wedding in the area and 10 adults stayed here for two night. It was perfect. It had everything we needed, no need to run out and enough seating we could all be together in the main area. We the weather was warmer so we could have enjoyed the huge gathering area on the deck and the lake. We would rent again.

National gymnastics competition in Battle Creek

The property was really ideal for our stay. We had 3 teen gymnasts and 4 parents total. Plenty of outdoor areas to explore, and a sweet bakery about a mile down the road. It was close enough to Battle Creek to be able to commute everyday for the competition. Rob is super helpful and quick to respond. The kitchen had plenty of amenities to be able to cook meals, there were plenty of bathroom supplies and cleaning supplies for anything we might need. This would be a perfect spot in warm weather for kayaking and fishing.

Amazing home!
