"It was exactly what we needed for our trip to the Warren Dunes. It was a short drive to the beach, very convenient location. The patio was such a relaxing spot to start and end each day. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. We would definitely stay here again! "

Perfect for the 17 of us(ranging in ages from 64-3months).The kitchen had very thing you needed and we never felt cramped.Absolutely loved the big dinning room table so we could all eat together!We used the pool everyday-couldn’t get the kids out of it!We hope to return soon-thank you."

"Check in was simple and easy. Door lock is a bit touchy to learn but they provide easy details. Place was well sorted. Only one shower was a bit of a challenge but what was there was nice. They thought of ALOT of nice little touches like laundry soap, ice, coffee, wine, and more you name it."

"The cottage was really cute and clean. Short drive to a beautiful beach. The location was perfect for exploring St. Joseph and South Haven. The owner was very quick to answer questions and very friendly. Some of the reviews mentioned the shower being small but to me it was a cottage shower that served it's purpose I have no complaints. I would definitely stay here again. "

"We loved our stay at the “lake house”! It was a perfect location and offered us the ability to enjoy the quiet lake but also close enough to get into town and Lake Michigan. The kitchen was beautifully updated and had a gorgeous view of the lake from the big windows. My kids loved fishing off the dock and finding little turtles. We will definitely be back again! "

"Adorable, clean home close to many beaches! This was made for a great Lake Michigan beach vacation. The home was well stocked with everything you need and was very clean. It was well decorated and looked just like the photos. The only thing missing that was indicated in the listing details was the bbq grill, but we made do and cooked inside, no big deal. We loved our stay here and the hosts were great to work with. Highly recommended! "

Keith, the owner, was a little difficult to get in contact with, but his son was around the property and was able to help. Overall, we had an amazing weekend. I have recommended the property to a few friends as well! "

"This was our first time at Chalet on the Lake, and we'll be back (probably every year)! The cottage was the perfect size for my family of 5 and a great location in proximity to the pools, playground, and beach. We were very appreciative of the wagon and beach supplies that were provided with the cottage. Keep in mind the whole complex is older cottages, so the interior is not brand new and in perfect condition. Regardless, our stay was absolutely wonderful and I'd highly recommend!"
