"The carpet was absolutely filthy, took shoes off at the door and walked from the beds to the bathroom and around the room and my white socks looked like i had walked 5 miles outside. No hot water in the sink only cold. $20 per pet per night, $80, was ridiculous for the condition of the room. We will not stay here again, would definitely recommend spending the extra 10-20 dollars for one of the surrounding motels/hotels."

"Incredible unique place in Gutheie Ok...the host was one of the best customer service people I have ever met. She went above and beyond anything we expected...It was so nice and enjoyable we will be back on our next Girls Trip in Guthrie Ok...rooms were wonderful and decorated like something out of a magazine.... Loved it!!!!"

"Comfy home with charming decor. We were house hunting near Guthrie and this home was perfectly located for our visit. We also found a really good restaurant nearby which was nice. "

"I made a reservation for myself and my husband, the reservation was for a queen size bed and we ended up in a room with two beds and they both were very hard and uncomfortable! Which was sad because the young guy at the front desk was very helpful and kind. The breakfast choices could be a little bit better but it was not horrible by no means. Also it smells really good as soon as you walk through the front door."
