"The location cannot be beat. This property sits right on the river, which is perfect for strolling the trails after work or doing whatever needs to be done during the day. The only concern for me was the level of humidity. There is no A/C and the fans are great, but the ope windows were not helping cool things off, since it was very humid for my entire stay. Other than that, it was perfecrt. "

"This was our third time staying at this lovely home with our family. It is the perfect size for a large group. The views and grounds are amazing and it is close to many attractions in the area. We will hopefully be returning to spend more happy moments at this home. "

"Our Colorado room was beautiful. We appreciated the beautiful decor, air conditioning, far over bed, fireplace and shampoo and soap since we forgot ours, and complimentary drinks in fridge and a wonderful breakfast in the morning and coffee with creamer. We will be back again. "

"This place was the cherry on top of a great weekend away in Glenwood. The property was a blast for our preschool boy! He loved everything from the tee-pee & the sand pit to the fairy gardens & bunkbed-his imagination was running all weekend. We were greeted by the hosts who made us immediately feel welcomed into their clean, safe, simple, easy to get to space. Traveling with an infant (1 year) isn’t easy but the coziness & simplicity of this space made it possible. We hope to visit again soon! "

"Beautiful home in a great location! It’s an easy walk to gondola to the adventure park and to the pedestrian bridge to downtown. Plenty of room for both couples to hang out but also have privacy. We lived our stay"
