"The place was very dirty. The linens were dirty, the pots/pans and all of the cooking utensils were dirty. There was a rubber band on the floor in bathroom that didn't belong to us.There was only 3 forks and a few spoons. Very little silverwear."

"When we arrived the host had not given us the access code so we had to wait on the cold for then to see it called and messages to send it to us. We had asked multiple times prior to that before we arrived how to check in but they never sent the code. The cabin was not what we expected. It was cluttered with exposed pipes in the bathroom. For the price I'd have expected a lot more. "

"You can’t beat the location, but other reviews which complain about the poor quality of the sleeper sofa, outdated decor, and lack of silverware are accurate. Overall, we had a great holiday skiing vacation, but the room didn’t add to the experience."

"We had a terrible experience with this rental. Upon arrival, the management company did not provide the keys, leaving us locked out with two young children and forcing us to urgently find alternate accommodations on a holiday weekend. It was an extremely stressful situation.
Vacasa was slow, unhelpful, and disorganized, offering little support when it mattered most.
And if you don't mind a shower with lukewarm water and no water pressure. Also half the lightbulbs not working. Room had used...
