"We are 2 seniors in our 70s. We knew that there would be stairs, but the listing did not reflect the magnitude of the stairs involved. Perhaps that was our fault for not asking enough questions, but the listing could be more forthright.On arrival, you have two choices. The rear parking area is fine, but the path down to the house is loose stones, so prepare to carry your luggage down. Les propriétaires sont absolument adorables, super claires dans leurs consignes d'arrivés, j'ai eu toutes les instructions par Whats App le matin de notre arrivée. Nous avions réservé un tonneau de whisky, en connaissance de cause mais il faut préciser que c'est serré. Une fois qu'on les ouvre, il faut être prêt à circuler sur le lit à 4 pattes. "What a lovely location. Perfect spot for the two of us to recharge our batteries doing some local walking and also exploring further afield around Inverness and Loch Ness. Lots to do on a week long stay and on top of that a lovely, clean, fully equipped cottage for us to stay in.
