"The bathroom tub was slow to drain and there was a lightbulb out in the bathroom. The door to the room had a big gap when closed which let light and sounds in and had us wonder about how secure it was. Water was not provided in the room and the water machine for filling a bottle was not on after breakfast service was over."

"They allow pets, which is fine, but not in the indoor pool! My granddaughter and great grandson were in the pool when the the people came in with the dog."

"Rude staff person when I checked in. Person who checked me out barely said two words and didn't ask how my stay was. THEY CHARGE FOR PARKING! Hot water in room was warm but not hot. Room was clean and comfortable."

"We arrived with no water for the first night and next morning. On the second night we did not have water until after 7:00 p.m. and then no hot water. Out of 3 night stay we had hot water for only one night. No refund was offered or given because 'we booked through Expedia'."

"No smoke detector carpet shredded place smelled it was disgusting. Somehow they up charged the rooms to almost $300 a night which I had to pay as we were out of town for a wedding and there is nothing else in the area. Place is a dump wish I could get my money back"
